We utilize RecruitCRM across our company’s three business lines as the backbone CRM and project collaboration tool. We also manage all outbound email communication and status tracking within the system.
- The Chrome extension makes sourcing and networking effortless.
- RecruitCRM's Kanban functionality streamlines project and pipeline management.
- RecruitCRM's mass email function is easy and efficient to use.
- Given the nascent stage of RecruitCRM's development, there are constant updates and changes, which make it difficult to train on or solidify processes around.
- There could be improvements made to the duplicate checking function.

An awesome tool for recruitment that helps us make more placements. Most of our organization uses it to make placements. There is a great Chrome tool to get contact information and also makes the candidate pipeline super easy.
