I was onboarded by the friendly team at RecruitCRM 3 years ago. As a recruitment agency the software answers a lot of my ATS/CRM problems. I enjoy the simplicity of the UI, the Kanban view, and the built-in email and scheduling. Additionally, the ability to post directly to job boards is fantastic. The support team is responsive, courteous, and helpful.
  • Support
  • Communication
Cons
  • UI styling of element on your own job board - font, ability to add video and images - matching your website UI
  • Being able to send a single candidate file to your client.
  • Better notifications - not limited.
Recruit CRM is good for SME? It wouldn't necessarily be a good format for large volume recruitment.

RecruitCRM, worth every penny and only getting better!

We utilize RecruitCRM across our company’s three business lines as the backbone CRM and project collaboration tool. We also manage all outbound email communication and status tracking within the system.
  • The Chrome extension makes sourcing and networking effortless.
  • RecruitCRM's Kanban functionality streamlines project and pipeline management.
  • RecruitCRM's mass email function is easy and efficient to use.
Cons
  • Given the nascent stage of RecruitCRM's development, there are constant updates and changes, which make it difficult to train on or solidify processes around.
  • There could be improvements made to the duplicate checking function.
RecruitCRM works wonderfully for single-user recruitment management, outreach, and candidate tracking. It loses some functionality when there are multiple team members or when a candidate is involved in multiple projects simultaneously. The team is highly responsive and makes updates quickly, which helps when implementing a new platform.

We are a small staffing firm that fills positions for our clients. Each of our team members use the system on a daily basis to manage candidates, enter notes, and communicate with one another about jobs and candidates. The system helps to keep us organized and track progress with candidates. We can also track communications with candidates, send them pertinent information related to the job and client they've applied to, and utilize the candidate data as a sourcing database for future positions.
  • Customer service is top notch
  • They listen to user feedback and are constantly making improvements based upon this feedback
  • The system is recruiter-friendly and intuitive
Cons
  • The email functionality is basic, but works for our team.
  • The scheduling function process is built into the system and is one thing we aren't able to customize
  • The reporting options are vey limited at this time
The system is definitely built for recruiters, so I don't think it would be suitable for a single company only hiring internal positions. There is the ability to add clients or companies, track deals, and track potential clients. I don't see these features as being useful to a single corporation.

Recruit CRM is a fantastic tool for managing our recruitment pipeline and all of the candidates. It creates a seamless process for both our team from the business side, and for prospective candidates. That is why we love using it.
  • Platform is easy to use
  • Great from a candidate standpoint
  • Easy to setup
Cons
  • They are always working on updates which can be a tad annoying because the platform keeps changing
Good for companies that are directly placing candidates. I am not so sure it would be good for a recruiting agency or something along those lines.
