Reviewsnap is well suited for improving the performance review process by allowing managers to continually gather and take notes on employees and develop a thorough performance review. This allows managers to efficiently identify areas for improvement and track growth. Allows for better tracking of 360-degree reviews for managers and employees to collaborate and eventually raise the positive performance of a company.

After using Reviewsnap for 6 years, I was sent an email saying that they were not going to be supporting the current platform as of December 31, 2018. they sent me an invoice that MORE THAN TRIPLED the amount. This is unacceptable.

Reviewsnap is a great, simple cloud-based software for tracking employee reviews and goals for the years to come. It's a great tool for managers to see employee goals and wishes, and this helps us budget seasons for training purposes. Reviewsnap is weak on very complicated hierarchies; for example, employees that have more than one direct supervisor or manager.
