We use Reward Gateway across the entire organization. The business problem we had and which is solved (plus some) was an internal intranet and communications site and portal. What we got was a robust platform to share ideas, inform staff, recognize each other, reward subordinates, and a quick access portal for links to other commonly used sites for the organization, and our intranet files.

  • Dedicated Client Success Manager who meets with you bi-weekly
  • Dedicated support available anytime and very knowledgable
  • They create opportunities for us to recognize staff - creating marketing and visuals at no cost
  • They are actively invested in the engagment and outcomes of your organization
  • The SmartHub is a bit intimidating BUT end users don't really have to modify it unless they want to, I try not to and my account manager helps with changes.
  • There are honestly no negatives, the platform is amazing
Because of it's scalability, the RG Employee Engagement Platform works for just about any company. It enables ease of communications, peer shout outs, rewards/recognition and the perks are a major bonus. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a platform like this.

Well suited to organizations looking to take a strategic approach to employee recognition, or for organizations with a lot of existing software platforms that they are looking to simplify (since you can navigate to them through the RG platform).

Less well suited to organizations looking to build lots of custom functionality into a site.
  • Helped us to simplify communications out to the business.
  • Cost savings as we were able to streamline several needs into one platform (communication & recognition).
  • Improved employee engagement (due to better comms and stronger culture of recognition).
TinyPulse was an excellent platform for getting feedback from employees, and having a dialogue with them about it, but less well suited as a communications or recognition platform.
