RFP360 has been highly praised by users for its ability to streamline and simplify the RFP creation process. Users have reported significant time savings in RFP creation, evaluation, and scoring. The software eliminates the need for spreadsheets and manual scoring by automating the entire RFP process and providing a centralized content library for consistent responses. This feature has been particularly appreciated by users as it ensures uniformity in language across the company and facilitates cross-functional collaboration.

Another key use case of RFP360 is vendor selection and choosing integrated software packages. Users have found value in the software's ability to track RFP progress, store RFPs from suppliers, evaluate and score them, and ultimately make informed decisions on vendor selection. The software also serves as a knowledge base for security and compliance inquiries, acting as a focal point of information for different teams.

Furthermore, RFP360 simplifies procurement processes by reducing the time required to complete RFPs and improving collaboration between users and subject matter experts. It enables effective content management, allowing users to manage multiple RFPs simultaneously without the need to search through old documents for answers. Users appreciate the intuitive nature of the product, making it easy to train new team members.

Overall, RFP360 has become an essential tool in the proposal process for many users who desire quick compilation, consistent versioning of RFPs sent to vendors, and increased speed and accuracy in responding to RFPs.

They also find it convenient to search by keyword and filter by author, date, etc. Several reviewers have mentioned this as a positive aspect of the platform.

Confusing User Interface: Some users find the user interface of RFP360 confusing and challenging to navigate, particularly when moving between different questions or sections of the RFP. They also mention that they initially struggle with understanding the layout of the platform but eventually become more comfortable with it.

Limitations on Comments and File Management: Users express frustration about several limitations in RFP360. Firstly, there is a length limit on comments, which hinders their ability to provide sufficient information or seek input from colleagues. Additionally, users mention the inability to include multiple files in one proposal and occasional issues with reviewing teams being skipped during the approval process.

Rendering Errors and Bugs: Users encounter rendering errors while using RFP360, requiring them to reload pages and go through multiple steps to return to their previous location. • One user advised against using the tool in its current state for compliance questions.

  • Some users suggested the ability to view multiple documents on the screen simultaneously, as well as ensuring that all users fully understand all functions of the platform to ensure high-quality proposals.

  • It is also recommended to go through the trainings provided when using RFP360, starting early to generate a knowledge bank of responses, setting up the system correctly from the beginning, and frequently updating content.

  • Users suggest having a library of pre-prepared answers to upload and creating a list of best practices for uploading questions correctly and tagging responses.

We are using RFP360 to help us better organize our RFP content. Previously, we did not have a solution in place, and we referenced older proposals for our current content, which delayed our response time. It is being used by my marketing department, and by our SMEs. The tool has increased our ability to turn around drafts in a more timely manner and for our experts to make sure our content is always up to date. So far, after only a couple of months, the tool is very popular and working well for us.

RFP360 is well suited for organizations that have a lot of content for RFPs and need a tool to organize all of it. If you are looking for a tool to speed up your time to the first draft, RFP360 is a great option. It works well across large teams and multiple teams.

It was the only one that had a content library that was separate from the main system. Initially, we were only looking for a content library, but we ultimately went with the full RFP360 system and will move to implement more tools in the future. We stopped looking at other options because of the content library not being sold separately.

The main user of this product is my RFP writer, but we worked together to build out the library. The library has allowed us to build a draft within 2 hours rather than 2 days. It was been an excellent change and has made us more productive and faster. We love it.

Besides my RFP writer and myself, we have 3 other people who can log in and review content. This has been very helpful as we pulled information from several years with of RFPs to build the library. As the need arises, other members of my Marketing team will be given access to help us with adding graphics and review the content.

This tool has been fantastic as we have revamped our RFP process. We are much faster and far more efficient. Our win rate is up, but I am not 100% sure this is the cause, but I love to see it. The customer support and training are also fantastic. Thumbs up!

The single more important factor in our decision was that we had a content library that allows us to build out and search the content easily. This included the ability to give others access to edit the content to ensure that we are answering our RFPs with the most current information available to us.
We would not do anything different. There are so few options that offer just a content library, which is what we started looking for originally. Once we determined that there were not many options, we looked at the benefits of a few and decided on RFP360 because of the ease of use.

onboarding and training were great
Excellent support during the training process. Since we were onboarded, we have not had too many questions, but when we did, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. We have been very satisfied.
