Rimini Street was great at providing us TAX Updates (when we utilized HCM) and has been great to handle 1099 for our FSCM Solution.

  • Rimini Street does a great job of helping their clients to prioritize requests and provide the "right timing" relative to support on those requests.
  • Rimini Street does a great job of attracting talented resources that are willing to put the time in to get to the bottom of some difficult issues.

Rimini Street is well suited to provide deep functional and technical support for SAP's ECC platform. Its very capable cyber security team can help its customers secure their legacy environments.

The transition from software vendor to Rimini Street third-party support was well managed and planned, with great visibility of progress. The ability to react quickly to impacting issues and have engineers engaged at speed is impressive. The understanding of and engagement around support issues related to software incompatibility, which inevitably occur over time, was great.

Cons

  • Maritz customized the ATG code quite a bit, they learned enough to support our version. Could have dug in a bit more.

Likelihood to Recommend

When Maritz moved ATG to Google Cloud Platform, they served as sounding board for our implementation. When we had issues a month after the release, they worked around the clock to help debug the problem, even though it turned out to not be an ATG issue.

When we needed Endeca help when we were refreshing our lower environments with production data, Rimini Street found a resource who was able to help us complete the task.

They like to work with you, not just in the background. I'd rather have them on the phone or in the system with you so that they understand the issue live and not just try to recreate something in the background! They are great at this.

They seemed to understand our need an desire to have background check staff dedicated to critical support when needed. And the fact they would need to be able to support us from within the U.S.A.
