This is our main collaboration software - they use it for phones, chat/Instant Messenger , Group Chat, Meetings, and Webinar. This is everyone from Customer Service and Sales up to the Executive team and everyone in between. We have connected all departments in the company to RingEX in order to standardize onto a single platform

As a sole proprietor, I am currently using RingEX to manage phone calls and provide basic information to callers through the voice prompts. Although in the past I was responsible for a team of twenty users located around the world, the RingEX system was utilized for handling all inbound calls and all related telelcommunication in one central platform (messaging, video calls, conferencing, personal extension, call routing tables, etc).

CEO, COO, account managers, project managers, designers, developers, and marketing coordinators all use RingEX. These people represent every function of our business. Really, anyone involved in the business uses RingEX to communicate--whether it's 1-on-1 conversations or team chats. Typically, when we need to recall a conversation, we say go look in "Glip" or, "I sent it to you in Glip." (the software's former name).

From administration to teaching staff have access to some part of our RingEX system. Used most consistently by network operations to communicate with families from a centralized system and number. Instructional staff will use to communicate with families. Internally our teams use the Glip to communicate quickly between staff and campuses. Having tools that extend to cell phones and computers makes it accessible to all.

Every single one! From executive management to customer service. Every department has found features that help make their jobs easier. Our underwriting and claims departments love using the fax features and our regional reps, who are often working remotely, love being autonomous while still having seamless integration into our phone system. We have users who are tech "power users" and we have many who just want to pick up the phone and dial. No matter their technical proficiency (or lack thereof) all our users have readily adopted this platform and love it.
