While we have been using the Ring EX solution, our staff has not reported any loss of service while fulfilling their daily responsibilities. The video calling platform has also been very reliable for all of our staff regarding the latency and the recordings made after the meetings.

As I've already stated, our calls are not consistently being routed properly and we're missing some each week. Customer support is very attentive, they follow up frequently, and are actively working on our issues, but it's concerning that the call routing issue hasn't been resolved yet.

We really haven't had a service disruption to date, so I can't imagine giving it less than a great rating. In our particular case, we have dual fiber circuits sharing our load so the chances of our phone system going down are arguably about as low as they can get.

It is quite reliable, we have the support of being able to identify failures and escalate it, also monitor the failures that are posted on the web about the status of the failures and evolutions. Its easy start-up and access allow us to have better performance and productivity, which in the long run turns into benefits.

With very few exceptions, we have had nearly 100% uptime with RingEX. Their reliability and availability are 2nd to none. The few problems we have had were quickly solved by their talented technical support team.

The self-service ticketing system and SR creation is extremely simple and intuitive to use. The online University resource is invaluable - we often find a resolution to our query through existing KBs, thus negating the need to even raise a new support request. On the occasions we have raised a new SR, the support staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The response times are some of the best I've ever experienced.

Audio quality and reliability was a huge concern for us but since switching to RingEX, we have never experienced any outages or poor quality (knock wood :-) ) Surprisingly, the PC soft phone has become a standard within our company. We thought this would be a techy feature that only the most extensive power users would rely on but as we rolled it out, we were surprised to discover that it worked extremely well and was easy to use. Having this tool available to us made remote telecommuting not only possible, but extremely cost effective and reliable. We still continue to use the soft phone as our primary form of communication.

I had an issue that prevented me from successfully logging in to RingEX, however, after finding the contact to Tech Support, they were incredibly fast at assisting me with the issues and explained what was preventing me from accessing the application. They adjusted this for me, and left a very positive experience when I needed the fix right away!

In my opinion, don’t stand behind the sales people who the encourage to lie and do anything to lock a small business into a long contract
