Our sister campuses are using Microsoft Teams as the phone system. While MS Teams works great for collaboration, storage, and video conferencing, there are still many issues with using them as the phone system. Desk phone integration with Teams is nothing short of horrible, as the phones require the Teams app and is not user friendly outside of very expensive handsets, as the software just uses too much processing to work well on inexpensive hardware. I used 8x8 phone system when I worked with SMB space in the past. I have very little negative to say about my past experiences with them; however they do not offer the best experience and support for larger businesses. Zoom is very inexpensive; however their desk phone integrations are not very good, and they are now charging extra for security features that should be standard for most enterprise VOIP solutions so their pricing is misleading. They do not have the best third party integrations (e.g., they do not work well with MS Teams because they assume you want to use Zoom for video conferencing).

I started long ago with this product. I jumped from a tethered phone to forwarding to a cellphone many years ago. I have never looked back and have always been very satisfied with RingEX. Give this company a try and you will be incredibly happy that you did. Come on and give RingEX a try!

I used another phone system at my previous job which I can't recall. It was ok, never really fully serviced the purpose. I remember so vividly that the phone calls were choppy and I never even tried setting anything up[ myself with the phone system. With RingEX it's all about being user friendly and that's great.

We actually never used any other program besides for RingEX as we are very happy with this program and we are not looking to change to a different one. I think RingEX should be the first choice for every organization.

They try to provide a service and product that RingEX does so smooth and well. Competitors could learn a lot by studying what RC is doing.

RingEX is far superior to Cisco BusinessEdition (which is discontinued) and slightly better than GoTo (formerly Jive) that we use in a couple smaller offices.

RingEX is very user friendly, training and support are easily accessible from the desktop application. It's easier to customize your user experience. Mitel is discontinuing cloud-based systems and partnered with RingEX, we had actually looked at RingEX before we chose Mitel.

When I first started over 10 years ago, we had a regular landline office phone. Within a short time, we upgraded to RingEX through the VOIP system. It's just a no brainer. With technology being so internet and cell phone driven, it makes it 10x easier to be available at all times.
