Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I migrated my former employer's telecommunication system from an old in-house Avaya Switchpanel with rudimentary Voip capabilities to RingEX way back in 2014 and have been a satisfied customer ever since. When starting my own business several years later I opted to use RingEX from the start, and have even encouraged a relative with a small business to migrate to RingEX. I wouldn't consider any other telecommunication platform for a small to mid-size business.

We're going to keep using this forever. We thought about switching to Slack, but we'd only be losing functionality in order to start using a software that is more well known. But, that's not a good reason to switch. RC has plenty of integration and we're yet to run into a problem that we couldn't solve with it.

RingEX has done all that we have wanted and a bit more. It is cost effective for a small organization like ours and easy to use. The number of features and tools it has makes it great for a variety of our needs in the organization. Great support which is fast, thorough and has good follow through.

We are grandfathered into our unlimited toll-free minutes plan. We are very unlikely to switch because of that. It has been the major factor saving us a lot of money compared to switching to other solutions. I don't know any other company that still offers these unlimited plans.

Given the pricing and other platforms with a richer feature set, we are considering other solutions because RingEX, at times can be a bit cumbersome to manage from a call queue/IVR perspective. The reporting isn't scalable, unless you pay for an upgrade and the support team isn't always stateside.

We switched to RingEX for ease of administration, flexibility of integration (fax, web meetings, chat client, mobile app) and competitive price. Although the system has had a few quirks as it's been relying on our network much more heavily and integrating with our next-gen firewall, I can't speak highly enough of what RingEX has done for our business. I love it and can't wait to renew for a longer period of time at an even more competitive rate.
