  • Very positive since unlike the other systems used, with RingEX we have everything in the same system so it saves us money on using different systems.
  • We can quickly monitor our performance in real-time and make better decisions that ultimately turn into savings.
  • Dashboard helps us identify weak points on which we should focus to improve productivity.

  • While not necessarily a "cheap" solution, it has definitely reduced the number of hours spent maintaining/configuring a traditional on-site PBX system.
  • Being cloud based means that the system is highly available and adaptable. You can literally log into your phone from anywhere in the world and take calls as if you are sitting in your home office.
  • Time savings in getting people directed to the correct office have been huge. We no longer have to have a list of offices or memorize frequently called offices since we can easily look up and transfer callers in the app. As soon as you start typing a few letters of the person's name, their extension is on screen and available for transfer.
  • Having RingEX installed on every computer means that we have a way to remotely troubleshoot issues with our users when they are not physically on campus. This has saved hundreds of hours by not needing the end-user to download/install a remote help app.

  • ROI: We have seen an 80% reduction in annual telecom licensing costs after deploying RingEX.
  • Scalability: There is zero delays between a user requesting a new license and us being able to activate it.
  • Cost savings: 5 figures in annual savings by eliminating maintenance fees for desk phones.
  • RingEX understands its customers: During our tender process, RingEX seemed to understand what we wanted. They listened to our needs and came back with a proposed solution that proved they heard us. They never tried to sell us on bells and whistles they knew we didn’t need. That’s what you want in a tech partner.
