Great Communication
RingEX is a very powerful tool. We are a small business that depends on RingEX for all of our calls and texting to clients and employees. I can see that the capability goes far beyond our needs, which is good to know that we can grow with them and not need to change vendors.
RingEX is the main software solution that our company uses for communication purposes. It allows us to have several extensions for employees and also for main departments. Through RingEX, we can make phone calls, send SMS, and schedule video meetings, which makes the platform incredibly useful and easy to understand. As a Property Manager, I have worked with other sofware solutions in the past and all I can say is that this one is, without doubts, the best in the market.

RingEX from Mitel conversion.
It's our main phone system that replaced our Mitel system. This allows our users to utilize the phones or mobile apps to stay connected to clients or anyone in the firm. We have had a lot of users really enjoy the conversion from Mitel over to RingEX and are very happy with using it.

No title necessary.
I had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with your agents to figure out why I was not getting calls. The first agent I spoke with removed me from the queue when she was in my account because I asked to speak with a supervisor since she could not fix the problem. I was not receiving my fair share of calls. I am very disappointed with the CSR agent I started with.

RingEX works great. It is very handy when you are on a business trip and you can be reached. In my opinion, the problem.is with their service, it is terrible, in my experience, you can not get past their AI system. I registered my bank account to verify using my RingEX texting system. Whenever I try to long in, the text message never comes through. It has been days I have been locked out of my bank account and there is no one to speak with to see what the problem could be Even tried to reach out to our rep. Maybe I should be contacting sales because there a human talks to you because they want your business.

RingEX- Calls Made Easy.
RingEX provides a way to get real-time data on our organization's call handling. It allows us to modify our SOPs to improve customer service and maximize our efficiency. RingEX also gives us the flexibility to change the flow of calls and easily redirect them to other areas of our office. This is especially helpful on days when we have an increase in the number of daily calls.

Reliable, Affordable, Compatible.
We use RingEX at a property management company. We have a small but very busy office so it is necessary that our property owners and tenants are able to reliably reach us when necessary. We’ve had the system for several months now and it has been exactly what we need. It was simple to configure and allowed us to use our existing phones and workflow.

Mobile cell phone usage is a must for us. RingEX makes it easy to use. Auto Attendant is important as well to us. RingEX does a great job here. They were also able to use our existing Mitel phones. That saved us a lot of money. Their support has been outstanding.

Great service.
The primary source of communication for the company. It has the ability to expand, and it gives us a platform to have multiple numbers appear in multiple places. Also, we like the idea of being able to take our phones to a copy shop or a coffee shop if we need to.

Great features at a great price point.
All of our employees are based remotely, and RingEX provides a seamless customer experience when calling our office. The phone tree system can be as simple or complex as you would like to make it. Additionally, it can be as creative as you would like, which really allows for a unique call-in experience for the customer that other platforms simply do not offer.

Helping our agents stay ahead of the curve
RingEX is our company's only phone system. We utilize it for in-office employees, as well as remote employees through their cell phones. It's a great system for both types of users. The text and voicemails make it easy to connect with each other, but most importantly, our clients. Our agents are always working, so this system makes it easy for them to stay connected.

A leap into the future
We use the softphone and hardware phones with RingEX, as well as the faxing solution. Our old system was a mix of PBX and on-prem VOIP that was quite antiquated. We were still having to use SSH for all phone system changes. We needed a more modern, feature rich VOIP solution that could help bring both those that prefer using deskphones and those that prefer softphones together.

RingEX is very user friendly. The admin back end is easy to navigate. When calling customer service they are very helpful and wont end the call until the problem or question is resolved. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone I know looking for better phone services. Before I chose this product they walked me through the entire process and how it worked before deciding to choose this product.

Ring in a better way to communicate with RingEX
Incredible product. It has proven to be all I need for communications in my line of work where communication is paramount. It provides incredible sound for calls. The texting service is also very high quality. And add on the ability for excellent voicemail service and you have a true winner. I would recommend this to any business that desires to reduce communication costs without sacrificing quality.

RingEX Solution for SME's
Due to the nature of business we have, where we use raw ingredients from plants in West Africa, I have to travel frequently to monitor our contract farmers, hence been able to get my calls on my mobile and laptop always without fail is extremely critical. When I also do trips to the UK, where we also distribute and sell our finished product, Jobelyn, making calls and receiving seamlessly with RingEX is a flawless, except of course if the internet connect is wonky. This convergence solution is necessary and optimal to us by offering connection with clients, customers and prospects while on the move.

If you want EASY and Professional-use RingEX
I have been working at my job for over 2 years now and the only phone system we've used is RingEX. We never thought twice whether to switch phone programs like so many other companies. RingEX is efficient, easy to use and clear cut. My position requires me to stay on top of RingEX setting. I find it so easy to take care of since everything is set up in a user friendly manner.
