I enjoy the ease of use with Rippling. Everything is on my dashboard and it makes it very easy to view paycheck stubs, W2's, or request time off!

I mainly use Rippling to manage my attendance, time-off and salary. It easily helps me manage my Payroll. It is so simple to use, everything that you need is there. Time and attendance is easy to manage because everything is organized. I also love how secure it is with all the security features.

We mainly use Rippling to manage payroll, direct deposits, and tax documents like W2. We also manage computers and logins and security stuff with Rippling, so if an employee gets locked out of their laptop (since we're a remote team), the admin can reset their password and help them gain access.

Cons
  • We are not using the full product suite
From my experience, Rippling for sure does a good job managing payroll and direct deposits for employees. I have also had good experiences with it generating and providing tax documents to employees.

I think there are a lot more scenarios that we do not use Rippling for, so I think we could get a lot more out of the tool. I think they do things like reimbursement tracking, Applicant Tracking System, performance management, benefits admin, etc.

I use Rippling for my pay, trainings, and checking my timesheets. First of all, I love how Rippling displays my pay! It includes every detail I need to know. I can go back to different pay periods and look at the information as everything is saved! I also use it to check my timesheets and make sure every minute is counted! My organization also posts trainings that we need to complete through Rippling, and it is very easy to locate and complete it through Rippling. What I like the most is that Rippling will send me reminder notifications that I have a task due to complete which keeps me on track! Overall, very easy and convenient to use!
  • Organization of the website: nothing is all over the place, and everything is very clear!
  • Reminders of tasks due: Rippling sends email reminders that we have incomplete tasks, preventing us from missing them accidentally.
  • Time and attendance: Rippling displays your timesheets in a very clear way, and you can go back to your billing app to compare the times.
Cons
  • Everything is going very smoothly for me so far, so I haven't encountered areas that need improvement yet.
Rippling is well suited for pay! It sends me an email when my payment posts on Rippling, and it immediately reflects on my bank account as well.

My company is smaller, with less than 100 employees, and we use Rippling for most HR functions, including time off requests, payroll, tax documents, company spending, etc. The user interface is designed very simply, making it easy to use. I like that it centralizes all of our HR needs in one app.

Cons
  • No problems with Rippling to date.
I may not recommend Rippling for a tiny company, as I am unsure how affordable the price point is. (I was not involved in choosing our HR software, so I have no idea what the cost associated with Rippling is.) However, for my company, which has 50+ employees but less than 100, I would say that Rippling contains all the functionality needed to be the perfect HR software!
