I used Rippling to request time off for vacation, track my sick days, understand my organizational structure internally, sign updated contracts with my company, contribute my monthly pay to different bank accounts, and more. Using Rippling makes all of these actions so much easier! I can not imagine life without Rippling.
  • Allow me to request time off or put in sick leave
  • Allow me to sign updated contracts for new commission plans
  • Allow me to manage how I get paid and where the money is routed
Rippling is well suited for time off needs, payment schedule, and organizational structure. There is a lot more in Rippling that I do not use but if it is as user friendly as the areas I use, I am sure it is great.

I am an end user of this tool. It helps me keep track of my PTO and sick leave balances. I can also use documents like a job letter and pay stubs to help with business transactions.
  • Easy to submit my PTO.
  • I can review my pay stubs easily.
  • Easy to use interface.
Cons
  • I think the UI can use an upgrade, it looks a bit old.
I don't have administrative privileges, so I am unsure how that works. I think it's a good tool for what I use it for.

Rippling is wonderful for planning and tracking our benefits as well as HR and accounting needs. I have not had an issue at all with any missteps or disruptions (have had issues with other software and companies in past).

  • Making it super easy to follow my contributions in HSA and 401k accounts
  • Time Management is nice and clear and easy
Cons
  • As a user, i can't really think of a down side that needs to be a concern and correction
The dashboard/menus are laid out very easy to read and follow and the touchpoints are good to use to get to the feature one is getting to and manage (or just observe). It is 24/7 and attentive to my needs. Software that I used in the past [was] clunky and most times hard to navigate. Kudos to the programming team to listen to folks like me and make this a great site to use!

Rippling is our ATS system, as well as used for payroll within our company. We were in need of a product that could more custimize the uses we were needing in order to track our new and current employees. Rippling has allowed us to keep track on time sheets, applicants and payroll through their various applications.

I've used other tracking and payroll application in the past and Rippling is very user friendly. There are aspects in their program that could use more work, but for a smaller company it gives you that big corporate feel when managing your employees and future employees. If you are looking for a way to track your small business and be able to feel like you are running a bigger operation, I highly recommend using Rippling to get your feet off the ground.

As an organization, we use Rippling to log our time off, vacation, sick days, and work-from-home time. Rippling enables us to easily access our insurance information, as well as our paystubs, and our organizational charts. It's a one-stop place for everything that we need so that we don't have to ping HR every single time we have a question.

  • They make me do a 2 step log in often even though I've opted out.
It's been so easy to request time off (Vacation, sick days, and work-from-home time). This helps me to bypass slacking or bothering my boss during the work day which has been extremely helpful.
