Onboarding and benefits elections are a breeze with Rippling! With so many people working remotely nowadays, it's nice to have an online tool for these items that keeps information safe and secure.

  • When asking for additional forms, the ability to fill them out right in Rippling would be nice instead of downloading, completing and uploading again.
I have not used many other platforms in my short time in the HR world but I absolutely love Rippling and all it has to offer so far!

We are just starting to use Rippling. Our team likes the platform because it keeps our employees on track and allows them to self-manage their benefits etc. The platform has a nice user experience and is pretty easy to use. The on-boarding support was also exceptional. I'd recommend Rippling to any small business looking to free up HR and operational time.

Cons
  • It would be nice to have a point of contact for employees to direct questions.
  • The tasks can be a little confusing from an administrator level vs. user.
The platform works. I've used other platforms in the past and we were constantly dealing with system issues. Our account manager helped us quickly pick health insurance packages to offer our employees. There are so many insurance options to choose from and Rippling made this easy. It was very easy to get our payroll setup and operational.

Rippling is an awesome platform to have all information in one place with ease of use!

We use it for enrolling in benefits, from smaller enrolls like HSA/ FSA to heath insurance. We are also about to keep track of all the passwords and apps we use on a daily basis to make sure our logins are organized. My team also uses it to track our hours and breaks. Rippling is also useful when finding PTO days as well as different benefits, our handbook, important paperwork we signed upon joining our team.
  • When keeping track of my hours, I can view it as a timeline with bullet points or I can see it blocked out in a calendar
  • When requesting PTO, I can see a list in one area that keeps track of my PTO as well as what Paid days off we are given
  • When we need to enroll in benefits, the links attached to the tasks are really helpful and easy to navigate to the next steps
Cons
  • When navigating benefits, sometimes the next step button is hidden, having it above and below the text/ task would be helpful
  • When tracking time/ PTO, not making a new link for the PTO days and including a different color in the same timeline day
  • When adding tasks, they get a little confusing on how to follow the steps, a simple help or direction button would be nice in case people were confused
Rippling is great for time management- tracking Paid time off as well as day-to-day clock in's and clock out's. Rippling is also great for keeping track of paperwork e-signed when joining a new company or team. Ripplings password protector and saver are also nice to have all saved logins in one safe area. It helps with ease of use and having everything in one area.

I use Rippling on the daily at my organization. I use it to clock my hours even though I am a full time employee with full benefits. So that means I am on Rippling at least once a day. It has seriously eased the stress and confusion as far as my hours and payroll works. I can figure out issues or questions that I have without reaching out to HR because it's laid out well in my account.

Cons
  • There could be a more exciting or interesting look to the site.
  • The Org Chart is a little glitchy.
  • More clear on who is to approve certain time sheets.
I just like the simplicity of it, I like that everything is in one place and I'm in charge and have eyes on everything I need. It's user friendly and just an easy experience overall. I've never had any issues and it's a prominent tool in our company's functionality. Sometimes our payroll cut offs can get confusing and I have a unique schedule with overtime situations. Usually if I'm figuring out an odd week or schedule, I toggle through Rippling, from paystubs to time and attendance and easily get back on track.

  • There is a lot in the system(all great info to have), but it's a little confusing to navigate when you are a new user and then to relay to others.
