What is RPort?
RPort is an innovative business software product that enables remote management of any IT infrastructure such as desktops, servers, Windows, Linux and IoT devices. It provides a centralized console for managing all these devices safely and securely from anywhere, even those behind firewalls or without fixed IP addresses. With RPort's intuitive user interface, users can access any device via their browser without sharing their credentials with external companies.
RPort uses on-demand reverse tunnels to connect remotely to any system through an encrypted tunnel using protocols like Remote Desktop, SSH, VNC, HTTP or TCP-based protocol. Unlike other solutions out there which require port forwarding or VPNs to work properly with remote systems, RPort is lightweight and easy-to-use.
It also allows users to execute commands on remote machines either in parallel or sequentially on single server hosts groups. The client is available for various operating systems including Windows, Linux and many embedded systems while the server does not require a lot of resources; making it suitable for handling hundreds of connected clients on small cloud VMs.
