Sage has great support once you get by the first line of defense. They have a decent online community that they monitor and answer questions as they can, have chat available for people who do not want to call in, and have a second tier of support that you will get set up with if the first contact is unable to help. This second tier support really knows their product and can usually help you solve anything.

Sage's customer support has surpassed my expectations! We've needed many customizations within the software to meet our needs and they've worked with the developers to create those features for us. I don't think I've ever used a software that worked their developers for custom features for one office. I am impressed!

They have a very quick, responsive team that assists. They also have great higher-level engineers who assist in more complicated matters and all in all, you need a support team that is quick to respond when you are in the middle of business crises.

Their support services are strong once you start talking to them. There is often a long wait for support if you try to call them on the phone. I also find it challenging to do support via e-mail because of the time lag and the simplex form of communication.
