I am a one-man shop and I do sales. I send a lot of emails so I use the Salesflare email workflows a lot. It works really well and I get good stats from it - who opened, who clicked, etc.
  • Workflows are easy to create and very effective for bulk messaging.
  • I like the email templates that I can set up and re-use - very convenient!
  • The phone app is good - I can access a contact right from my phone and call them. When I make a call, it automatically opens a note for me to create a time-stamped record of the call.
  • I also like that fact that I can add customized contact and account fields. This is a big help in allowing me to do pretty precise "sorts".
Cons
  • I would like them to add integration to iPhones so I can dial directly from the PC.
  • When I download contact information, I end up having to download every field(there are a lot of fields!). I would like to be able to select the fields I need and limit the download to just those fields - basically a simple report builder.
Salesflare does a ton of stuff, pretty much all I need, and for a reasonable price. Also, It is pretty intuitive to set up for your company and easy to use. I have worked in places using some of the big name CRM and they are super expensive and hard to use.

  • As a start up, Salesflare was perfect for me. It was easy to get up and running; easy for me to import my contacts, and easy to earn the features.
  • I like the price point - lots of features for a reasonable price.
Very intuitive to use. Also, the Help information is well documented and easy to follow whenever I have questions.
Salesflare is much more intuitive to use and it is easier to customize.

I love Salesflare!

Salesflare is a great low-cost alternative to costly customer acquisition apps. As a solo business owner, I use Salesflare as my main CRM and ways to keep my clients info updated to secure future sales. With followups, tasks, and special features, Salesflare is a full-featured tool. I can update client notes from my phone, which helps during consultations.
  • Salesflare organizes your clients (accounts) and contacts
  • Great amount of depth when it comes to monitoring sales and other opportunities
  • Ability to add custom fields to individual accounts such as branding
Cons
  • Click to call would be a great help for clients' numbers
  • Branded UI or more customization options
  • More features to customize accounts
Salesflare is best suited for individual and small to medium-sized businesses that are serious about their sales, pipeline and customer relations. When a client gives me more info or needs something completed I can quickly note the conversation in that client's account. I can do this from my PC, which I use mostly, or my mobile devices.

  • It's all I have to track opportunities and goals and it's all I ever need.
  • The app made me excited to teach myself the "lead stages" and how to easily move a lead through each stage of the opportunity.
  • Being able to keep up with clients on social media and task really helps secure the sale.
Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any slight lag or load times with Salesflare. Lightning can sometimes hang depending on your browser etc.

Salesflare has an easy-to-navigate user interface, a well-organized layout, and an ability to adapt to the organization’s needs. We incorporated it into our sales process and received positive feedback. Using the software platform that is linked to it, we can feed users and leads into Salesflare. Simple to use CRM that saves time and keeps all necessary information in one place. Salesflare helped us organize our pipeline using email and automation. We could increase our sales with the help of Salesflare.
  • Organization of our clients as well lead and opportunity tracking and management.
  • Pipeline management and a significant amount of depth when it comes to monitoring sales and other opportunities.
  • It provides an overview of the sales process and custom fields for individual accounts (such as branding).
Cons
  • Instead of a single reminder, multiple reminders are sent out. I occasionally have issues reconnecting my email to Salesflare.
  • There are times when I find myself relying on my mouse and missing out on important notifications because I can't navigate.
In my opinion, Salesflare is an excellent CRM for small businesses. It includes everything a small business needs to manage leads, deals, and contacts in one convenient location. When a client needs more information or something done, I can quickly record it in their account—perfect for B2B SaaS and small businesses selling B2B in general.

  • So far, as optimistic as I am about using the CRM, I've seen a short and speedy return on my investment.
  • Our sales process will quickly become more focused and effective. It's part of our operations and saves us time, but we've never tracked the financial impact.
The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better Pipedrive. With the same easy-to-use, low-barrier approach to getting started, it ups the ante when dealing with data, enriching and automating it.
In terms of account enrichment and sales automation, Salesflare is a simple-to-use CRM that saves a lot of time. Sign up, and you'll be feeling confident about crushing your sales targets in 5-10 minutes. There is no learning curve. The user interface is sleek, simple, and a pleasure to operate. Would you please add more keyboard shortcuts to this app? It would be perfect for me.
Very responsive live chat for contextual and specific questions. It has outstanding support staff with a vast knowledge base. In some cases, they'll even set up custom integrations for you. To help you succeed, the team will do everything in its power.

A Superhuman CRM: Salesflare transforms CRM into something you want to use, not something you have to deal with.

As a growth strategist I regularly help clients setup automate parts of their sales process so they can allocate resources it's most effective and sell more with less. Salesflare is pivotal in my prototypical recipe: I've implemented it at companies of all sizes (except corporate) across a multitude of industries. Salesflare effectively focuses sales efforts: resources, people and decisions all naturally align where they're most needed. It's my go-to because it's easier/quicker to learn, implement and integrate with existing toolsets than its alternatives: you go from purchase decision to reaping the results in no-time.
  • Zero learning curve, one-minute setup and dead easy to integrate with complementary tools.
  • Powerful data automation features so everything you do has maximum bottom-line impact.
  • Stellar customer support: response is quick and the team really goes out of their way to solve your specific problems. Up to setting up custom solutions for you.
Cons
  • Salesflare automatically captures and organises data about leads so it can effectively surface the ones that require your attention. It also provides you with the tools to do just that. What it doesn't cover as much right now is feeding top of the funnel: I would for example happily pay extra to have a website visitor identification functionality into the mix.
Salesflare is recommendable for any business that runs a lean sales setup with a website for lead generation, empowered with maybe cold outreach and/or lead nurturing. Mostly so for small-to-medium sized businesses: they can save a ton of time/money generating more revenue with their human sales efforts, while Salesflare does the rest of the job.

  • Positive ROI is unmistakable and remarkably quick to show.
  • Your sales process will become more focused and effective in no-time.
  • Most CRMs slow down rather than enable and empower like Salesflare does: the nitty gritty data collection process is automated in a way that it naturally helps you make better decisions.
You can think of Salesflare as a smarter Pipedrive. It rocks the same kind of intuitive user experience that is very low-barrier to get going with, but turns it up a notch when it comes handling, enriching and automating data. I've also find it more flexible to integrate with other assets of your sales and marketing stack.
There's no learning curve: sign up and you'll be feeling like crushing your sales targets with 5-10 minutes. You'd think setting up your data is a pain, especially when switching from another CRM, but Salesflare automatically sources your data from email accounts and calendars. It also provides two-click automated migration from other tools - or will offer to migrate manually for you if needed. The UI is modern, intuitive and downright effortless to use.
Extensive knowledge base, very responsive livechat for contextual and specific questions. The team will go out of its way to help you be successful. For example, they'll happily assist you in migrating data from other tools and even go as far as setting up custom integrations for you if need be.

We use it as our CRM. What differentiates it from others is the automatic account enrichment (saves times) and automation (e.g. when you need to send a follow-up).

Earlier, I needed to sync CRM with Active Campaign which I used for lead nurturing. All was synced by Zapier and was a bit complicated. With new workflow features, I'm moving all my follow-up sequences from Active Campaign to Salesflare.

  • Account enrichment.
  • Sales automations (e.g. email follow-ups based on tags or conditions).
  • Link tracking (you'll get a notification when somebody will click a link).
Cons
  • Webforms (they don't have them).
  • Custom report dashboards.
I think this is a great CRM for small and mid-sized teams that want to have an easy-to-use CRM that includes sales automation.

  • It's a part of our operations. It just saves us time, but we never measured how it impacts the bottom line. It's all about convenience.
As I mentioned, it's an easy-to-use and simple CRM that saves lots of time on account enrichment and sales automation.
They reply fast and [are] always eager to help.
