We use Salesforce Advertising Studio to promote sales through lead generation and nurture them, it helped us to better reach the customers on time, and we made good progress in increasing the sale of products. Combined with Social Studio, we were able to increase the customer data and campaign the special promotions to targeted groups.

Overall, it is a good product to have. When you are already a user of Salesforce marketing cloud and other clouds, definitely yes go ahead. When it comes to user licensing I'm not always a big fan of it as it gets very complicated for us when we keep on adding more Salesforce products.

Salesforce advertising studio is used in our organization for lead generation which makes it a relatively easy task to create new leads with more efficiency, moreover, we market new products to our customers on an individual basis which creates a good experience. It also helps us to engage with inactive customers which results in great marketing.

  • Awareness for active customers and engagement with inactive customers.
  • User interface is complicated and not marketing friendly.
  • Price of the product is kept on the upper side.
  • Email look different between different email clients which varies quite a lot.
This software is well suited when we want to create professional-looking emails for our customers with just drag and drop we can add all the functionalities that we need. On the other side it is a technical product so marketing people find it difficult to use and may need to hire an Administrator/Developer to handle this tool.

We use this across a variety of campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The primary use case is executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user which makes this pretty easy to drive leads for sales.

Salesforce Advertising Studio is a powerful advertising solution. Salesforce Advertising Studio is the best application for big/small organizations. To maintain the relationship with the customers we have to be interactive, so by this platform, we can easily send emails to the customers so that they will be aware of our offerings. It also helps us to generate good leads for sales from our old customers, as well as from new customers.

We use Salesforce Advertising Studio to create audiences for Facebook targeting. The audiences cannot be created due to the Facebook pixel 180 days limitation or due to missing events in Facebook. The tool allows you to create multiple audiences and share them with external platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube.

It is suitable when you need an easy connection with the advertising platforms You can share multiple data points with the advertising platforms (hashed) and improve the match rate for the audience It can be very expensive to just have this connection in place. An alternative is to build an in-house data connection with the advertising platforms to update the audience daily.

Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) allows me to use my client's 1st party data to message their customers and look-a-likes within the customer journey. I used this across a variety of campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Mobile. The primary use case if executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user.

  • Good customer service
  • Tracking pixel usage is not consistent
  • No new tailored options in a while
Overall, software is straightforward to use, and the interface is excellent. Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) is a tool that is quick to learn with opportunities to evolve and master. The best lean-in feature is maximizing data at scale and creating unique messages based on the consumer journey. Unfortunately, the platform takes a more broad-stroke approach. This means that to help your business, you do have to invest a significant amount of money in customization.
The website is straightforward to use and find answers to your questions. Since there is an existing contract across multiple Salesforce platforms, we get a direct line into human customer service management. They are swift to respond and helpful as they know the platform best for ease of problem-solving.
