It is being used for marketing purposes by the Marketing team. It helps us to do email marketing, content creation, EDM creation, and many more things. It securely drives your Facebook, Google, and displays advertising on a scale. It instantly syncs customer records from any digital channel. Easy to drive any campaign to get good leads for sales.

Salesforce Advertising Studio is the best application for big organizations where we have tons of customers. To maintain the relationship with the customers we have to be interactive, so by this platform, we can easily send emails or newsletters to the customers so that they will be aware of our offerings. It also helps us to generate good leads for sales from our old customers, as well as from new customers.
Salesforce runs severals groups to train the people.

Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly allows me to use my client's 1st party data to message their customers and look-a-likes within the customer journey. I used this across a variety of campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Mobile. The primary use case if executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user.

  • Tracking pixel usage is not consistent
  • No new tailored options in a while
Overall, software is straightforward to use, and the interface is excellent. Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly is a tool that is quick to learn with opportunities to evolve and master. The best lean-in feature is maximizing data at scale and creating unique messages based on the consumer journey. Unfortunately, the platform takes a more broad-stroke approach. This means that to help your business, you do have to invest a significant amount of money in customization.
The website is straightforward to use and find answers to your questions. Since there is an existing contract across multiple Salesforce platforms, we get a direct line into human customer service management. They are swift to respond and helpful as they know the platform best for ease of problem-solving.
