Marketing automation leader in the market.
Salesforce advertising studio is used in our organization for lead generation which makes it a relatively easy task to create new leads with more efficiency, moreover, we market new products to our customers on an individual basis which creates a good experience. It also helps us to engage with inactive customers which results in great marketing.
- Up selling and cross selling current customers.

We use this across a variety of campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The primary use case is executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user which makes this pretty easy to drive leads for sales.

- The user interface could use an update, but overall pretty easy to maneuver.

Easy audience management for advertising platforms
We use Salesforce Advertising Studio to create audiences for Facebook targeting. The audiences cannot be created due to the Facebook pixel 180 days limitation or due to missing events in Facebook. The tool allows you to create multiple audiences and share them with external platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube.

- Reach more users that cannot be targeted with a pixel tracking.
- Easy connection with the advertising platforms, so that multiple data points can be shared in a hashed format.
Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) allows me to use my client's 1st party data to message their customers and look-a-likes within the customer journey. The primary use case if executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user.

Crazy random happenstance
Social.com helps me connect with the most people possible with the least amount of work. I have engaged many more people through Social.com than I have been able to in the past.
