SalesForce is on a different level as far as features, ease of use, and capabilities are concerned. When our company grew in size and sales we had to change to a more robust, complete CRM solution, and our only doubt was having it all on the cloud, which does not make sense in 2021 but in 2016 it was a real and valid concern, as far as company information is concerned, our sales and customer information is our main and only asset. When we finished our trial period and made the purchase we had to run both systems concurrently, and after one year we changed everything to SalesForce and have not looked back.

There are always pros and cons, but SF is a leader for a reason. I would argue Salesloft is the best cadencing tool out there though. Much of it comes down to support. Sadly, when companies grow their support often suffers.

No contest. Salesforce is by far the most user-friendly and powerful CRM I have ever used. It is general enough to cover all kinds of use cases, but also has specific packages and tools to narrow down to your specific use case and make it relevant to your industry or function. Others just don't cut it, which is why Salesforce is and has been #1 in the industry for so long.

Salesforce.com is more thorough than Siebel. However, its speed isn't as fast. I believe that our company selected to use Salesforce.com because of the multi-level functions it has like database management, reporting capabilites, order management, internal and external communication capabilitie and overall systems integrations to name a few.

I've used Act CRM by Xperience previously. Salesforce is way more robust and intuitive and meets the needs of an enterprise company with enterprise clients way more effectively. I don't think there is another CRM in the market with the overall functionality and usability that can complete with the Salesforce platform for someone in my role.

Both platforms are more than capable of providing end-users with the ability to customize and extend their application through an extensive ecosystem of 3rd party vendors to further enhance either Salesforce or NetSuite investment. I find Salesforce to be more user friendly, intuitive, and easier to use than other platforms as a whole.

Salesforce is far superior in my opinion as it has more functionality and has been around a lot longer. The only drawback is Salesforce is also more expensive, but the various uses for SFDC immediately outweigh the cost since it allows all aspects of your business to be on the platform and monitor performance effectively.

The software is extremely customizable, with the ability to create custom objects, fields, and relationships on the fly. This is where Salesforce is remarkable - their code and database render changes on the fly, so you don't need to wait to use any of these. You can build a custom object, add fields, and start capturing data immediately. Permissions are very granular, with strong API support and the capability to update the organization's metadata using versus Code and other tools such as HIPAA/HITECH/SOC certified.

Insightly is mostly a CRM platform for medium-small businesses, with fewer capabilities, and constrain on scalability.
SFDC is much an energized CRM platform much better than Insightly.
SFDC is indeed a powerful tool to strengthen the company-customer bond as well as to build a deeper trust relationship with customers and prospects.

The nice thing about Salesforce CRM is that it is customizable. I do think Hubspot is a bit more user-friendly but I think Salesforce CRM does a good job at data collection and reporting and can help larger companies as they grow and scale. Hubspot does allow you to do sequences in the platform which I do like!

Salesforce offers far more integrations and configurations for communicating with other products. I also love that there’s so much functionality for Salesforce depending on what team someone is on. How the sales team uses it versus support or implementation is vastly different. And because each team finds specific and relevant ways to utilize the program, it means we can optimize our use of the software as a company.
