Salesforce Sales cloud is well integrated with a lot of other marketing and sales technology SAAS products that we use within our business, which is a big part of why I enjoy using it. Compared to NetSuite, it is a lot more user friendly, a modern platform that provides better visual understanding of sales pipeline and contains more useful data across the customer journey.

It was a no-brainer: Salesforce was the number 1 option. SF was by far the clear winner from the beginning, with the CEO having used it in a prior organization, his development knowledge, and knowing that it is the best product on the market, we only evaluated a second option to cover our bases and make 100% sure of our choice.

Hubspot isn't a huge amount cheaper and the customisability is a lot more limited. As a bespoke manufacturer, who is keen on efficiency, having a CRM we can really tailor to our needs makes a big difference.

We also tried Prospectsofts CRM but this has very limited customisation and therefore wasn't an option for us.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is more flexible and can be customized based on business needs. Other CRMs typically do not provide ability to perform so much customizations.

Also out of the box functionality of Salesforce Sales Cloud is extensive and can fulfill most needs of small businesses. Due to these reasons, Salesforce Sales Cloud has emerged as a market leader in the CRM space.

Costly, larger time to market / value time, difficult and complex to set up and customize. But if you want highly customizable CRM and don´t care about user experience within a super large company Salesforce does the job well and the costs could be optimized as a larger corporation.

In this case I listed two solutions (Clari and People.ai) complementary and one competitor. In my humble opinion Pipedrive is not competing for the same target market and SFDC is 100% consolidated in Enterprise segment as the only possible option for best in class companies with high patterns of sales maturity and governance.

The thing that puts Sales Cloud above the top is its simple user interface, which is easy to interact with. The visuals and automation are also quite amazing. Given its attention to data and customer relationship management, Sales Cloud is tough to beat. Of course, Microsoft Dynamics integrates nicely with other Microsoft products, and Monday is a tool everyone is familiar with, so it is hard to compete with those.

Salesforce Sales Cloud was similar to Meta Business Manager and Breakthrough in that we could manage multiple funnels or campaigns at the same time. The biggest difference for us was Breakthrough was a more Physical Therapy specific product and it worked seem less with Meta Business Manager which made both work well together.

Salesforce provides a wide variety of options that you can customize and tailor-fit to the process you want for your business to run. Also, we're using the comms tool Slack, which is now owned by Salesforce, which helps us monitor the business's movements even if we're not on a PC and just using our phones.

It was a decision made by the VP before I joined the company. However, my previous organization was also switching from NetSuite ERP to Salesforce due to the high level of customization required. However, SF is a widely used platform, and many other suppliers (such as Zymewire) have plugged into SF, which makes it very versatile.

Salesforce is a much more robust platform and is better suited for larger sales teams. There are better forecasting capabilities for different verticals of sales teams, so you can gain better insights from the data. Salesforce Cloud could be used by smaller organizations, but I believe the cost would not be worth it compared to the competition.

Briefly used in peripheral nature as part of a call campaign from another company. They utilized it to manage the leads they were sending but I put the info into sales force which we used. Could not use a feed as we have the basic version that does not support integration.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is significantly easier to use, understand, and manage than Marketing Cloud. It makes data accessible, editable, and reportable at the click of a button. The UX is much easier to navigate and more clear on how to operate.

Hubspot if great for that SMB company, but it just has so many limitations for enterprises as compared to Sales Cloud. It is very rare that you "can't" do something in Salesforce, which is why I always prefer it over any other CRM.

SalesForce is on a different level as far as features, ease of use, and capabilities are concerned. When our company grew in size and sales we had to change to a more robust, complete CRM solution, and our only doubt was having it all on the cloud, which does not make sense in 2021 but in 2016 it was a real and valid concern, as far as company information is concerned, our sales and customer information is our main and only asset. When we finished our trial period and made the purchase we had to run both systems concurrently, and after one year we changed everything to SalesForce and have not looked back.

There are always pros and cons, but SF is a leader for a reason. I would argue Salesloft is the best cadencing tool out there though. Much of it comes down to support. Sadly, when companies grow their support often suffers.
