We love the functionality and robust customizability. Anytime you need information you can get it right from your phone. All the information can be accessed from one place. All the data is stored in the cloud and it makes our sales process run smoothly.

This has been a hit or miss for our use cases, at some times the connectivity process goes incredibly smooth, other times we hit many bumps along the way. We have always been successful in the end, but getting there at times is quite challenging.

It is great to use it in real-time due to the API integration with our phone systems. This allows the data we have stored to be accessed when a call comes in. This gives us a lot of good information on our customer and allows us to concentrate on the call and sale and not the specifics of the person number/address.
