All instructors are Salesforce certified. If you have done any type of customization, then it probably makes more sense to use the consulting partner who implemented your instance of Salesforce for training.

We utilized a Train-the-Trainer model and then our Internal Training organization took over. Salesforce has excellent on-line training and many certified business partners who offer training and certification.

I attended two training sessions. I would rate them a 4 as an advanced user. It was very basic – great for someone new – would give 8+ for new person.

I had 3 years of experience at the time. I skipped basic and went onto advanced and still not helpful. A lot of it was best practices that didn’t feel relevant for our business.

I have been through all admin classes and certifications. We also had 15+ people go through admin and advanced admin training. We had an advanced administrator trainer come to our location. Astadia does most of their training.
