  • When we have started using this this Salesforce helps our oraganisation to increase our sales and makes new clients
  • It also help our business development team to pitch new clients and create new opportunities for our organization
  • Because of this we are meeting our target

  • All tools we've implemented with Salesforce had a pretty quick positive ROI with the exception of CPQ & Billing. That was a very large project that I would only suggest for businesses with many SKUs that tend to be packaged together.

  • Increased sales productivity: Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped our sales team become more efficient and productive

  • Salesforce.com ended up being a big financial burden with little to no ROI
  • In my opinion, the enforcement of Salesforce.com agreements is smothering to Small Businesses
  • On a 3 year contract we were able to actively use the system at 70% functionality for 15 months

  • The limitations of reporting have significantly impacted my relationship management capabilities. Without more nuanced reporting options, it's challenging to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and preferences. This hampers my ability to tailor interactions and offer personalized solutions. Additionally, the inability to track customer engagement comprehensively makes it harder to identify trends, anticipate needs, and proactively address issues. Enhanced reporting would greatly empower me to foster stronger relationships through informed decision-making and targeted outreach strategies.

  • We have been able to generate our end-of-fiscal-year reports easier and cleaner than before.
  • The cost of the license more than makes sense for our sales workflow and requirements.
  • We have been using SalesForce for more than 5 years and have used it as a CRM, sales manager, document manager, etc., and its flexibility is one of the most important facilities we use.
  • Their sales reps are great, and their tech support second to none.

  • When end users adopt the way SF had intended the tool to be used, I have seen revenue and productivity soar.
  • No Salesforce guidance unless pay extra for it. Premier support is 15% of overall spend which is outrageous when only 3 people or less at an entire company would ever use it and even then the support team does not know your business. One would think a customer success rep would be assigned to each account and provide regular assessments for the money people pay per license with or without premier support. Unfortunately, you get nothing.

  • Allowed a group of my users to identify and fix process gaps that lead to lost billings
  • Allowed a group of my users to visualize and manage their entire opportunity pipeline in real time during team meetings

  • Split of permissions based on roles allows separation of duties
  • Happy customers due to fewer queries missed in an Outlook inbox. If a representative is on sick leave, someone else can take the case and not make the customer wait
  • More transparent distribution of commission on sales as opportunities is a traceable process

  • if we can't track our opportunities, we have no idea what to keep top of mind or what to do next
  • lead management is huge, being able to pull lists of contacts or companies to prospect into and creating new pipeline
