Data sharing across teams is simply awesome. Gone are the days when we compile data on a spreadsheet then share manually. Salesforce Einstein Analytics allows us to do this easily.

Salesforce Einstein Analytics is easy to use and is configurable for all of the departments of the company (Enterprise, National Accounts, Branch Sales). Therefore, team members can share data among themselves and to other teams to have a clearer understanding of sales information as it relates to each business unit.

There are no issues with sharing reports on Salesforce Einstein Analytics as far as I know. Reports can easily be seen by others and anyone that can see the report can interact with the data and download it into an excel file for more manipulation. You can send people links to reports and they can access them very quickly.

They have analytics, but it's hard to trust their analytics. I do like the level of security I got with Salesforce, but what's the point of analytics I can't trust. Uploading, exporting, and sharing data across teams is something they do seemingly alright, but why share data you don't trust with your colleagues?

Data sharing and collaboration features are very good if not the best. The reports can be easily shared across interfaces, easily between users and work-in-progress reports can be shared for feedback with changes being tracked which is so awesome. Single sign-on is awesome for seamless experience to access your reports on various platforms.

I was able to review all the reports shared with me by my director. I did have pretty limited access when I was using it at my company. I was able to create a few reports and share them so that worked fine. There are a lot of roles and permissions so access is able to be limited to who you want to have it.

The data sharing and collaboration capabilities of Salesforce Analytics Cloud could be better if you use an integrator that has experience with your mainframe ERP system. If they just know SAC they will struggle with any legacy ERL, especially ours being AS400, which we learned halfway into the implementation process. This needs to be a requirement of any implementation process, the system integrator needs to fully know both data buckets they are trying to connect together.

This is the best part of this program. The ability to share information across the sales team to allow them to see how other team members are doing and how the company as a hole is doing is very important. It motivates them to get more sales and help get future raises.

EASY PEASY! The set up of Salesforce Analytics is almost seamless when all share the correct level of permissions. I like the edit/view capabilities of being able to limit others from modifying my data. It is a great feature and is one of my favorite parts of Salesforce Analytics.

The formatting is very smooth and and easy to comprehend. There is complete clarity as to what is being viewed and the information is clear. Employees are easily able to see the analytics of their peers and compare their progress to their counterparts. To my knowledge, the security is solid. We have not had any breaches.

Each team member has their own login and can see and export the same analytics so there's no data confusion. Within the platform, users can send requests for data or tasks, due dates, and a review process providing a record of accountability. Each team could report on a specific social media platform or pull summary reports to give an overview.

As previously mentioned, we utilize two licenses to service our entire company. The reason this is possible is because of the ease of sharing data that is parsed and visualized using Salesforce Analytics. Data is able to be easily exported and then handed out to any pertinent parties. One case use in my office is the daily sales pipeline visualization table. Each individual case process is given a daily report on their pipeline, directly next to departmental averages across all other processers. That way they can easily measure their productivity and ensure they are on top of their pipeline.

One can share dashboards with different people based on permissions. So certain people may only be able to view while others may be able to edit and collaborate and make changes to the dashboard. These granular permissions, when it comes to security, is a big plus for us and helps us maintain access control and make sure people are just viewing these dashboards and not making any detrimental changes. Dashboards can also be embedded on websites and still maintain their interactiveness. This is a useful sharing option.

Sharing data across teams may be the most useful resource for any sales team. But to be perfectly honest, I think that report distribution is the most efficient way for a company who employs many members and engages with many clients to know where they stand so they can show those numbers to higher-up executives and managers.
