Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The website is straightforward to use and find answers to your questions. Since there is an existing contract across multiple Salesforce platforms, we get a direct line into human customer service management. They are swift to respond and helpful as they know the platform best for ease of problem-solving.

The support is almost inexistent. We have been requesting help from them a few times without success. The overall strategy of Salesforce is to provide jobs to an army of consultancy firms dedicated to integrating Salesforce solution rather than providing a sometimes simple answer to basic user questions. Frustrating, especially when you try to make the solutions work for your own needs which can change from time to time.

The support is simply great, their bots are always active to pick up any case and classify it in order to deliver a proper feedback from a real person behind the scenes, do not hesitate to answer for any quick doubt, I'd say 99% of the errors have already been reviewed.

I would rate it as 8. Though there are many positive points, one major drawback is that its very expensive for an analytical tool. There are many other software that are less expensive and do a similar job.

Salesforce relies too much on third parties and these third parties aren't evaluated. It means that when you need help, you must find a partner and don't even know if the quality of that partner is good or bad. I know they are thinking about having their own experts and that would be great. Thankfully their online help is vast!

Pardot support is tremendous. The knowledge base and in-application targeted help articles and videos are thorough and straightforward. If those don't do it, Pardot has office hours every business day with members of the team available to answer anything. I've called twice and they are incredibly helpful.

We are now only trying to get our money back and move on to a different system, but even though it was acknowledged that mistakes were made on Salesforce’s side, we are still waiting. Instead, Salesforce sends us standard training offers to get the most out of our 4 connectors - whatever - and still not even offering additional connectors to get our social accounts connected to our business so our digital team can get on with their job, requesting we pay an additional $50pm for each of these - crazy.

Our rep was incredibly quick to respond, not pushy, and patient with our decision making process. For technical support, we had free one on one training for our six team members, and they followed up individually a week after each session. They’ve been available and attentive, even when questions came up after training.

I don't remember having to reach out to support quite often when working with Radian6. However, before I started in that position working with the platform, my manager relayed to me that the customer support for Radian6 and Salesforce overall was quick and efficient, and that they usually got back to him within a day or so.

They're fast and knowledgeable. You will always know what's the status of your request and they usually follow up with phone calls to ask you questions or provide updates. Sometimes it takes them a couple of days to investigate, especially if you have custom "situations" like my company usually does but at least they are very good at managing time expectations.

The support team has always answered our questions fast and with an easy to understand solution. Regardless of how simple or complex our question is, they provide a helpful and clear answer, that solves our issue every time. I frequently refer back to their email responses, as the insight they provide, specifically for advanced dynamic campaigns, is something we use repeatedly.

It would be a full 10 except for a couple of times when it took over a week to get a response. Otherwise they are very responsive, very knowledgeable and very helpful. They really have a great team overall, not just support but even account reps are always eager to help and provide ideas and best practices.

Access to online chat is a very nice feature that I will use when I just want to get a quick question answered. For more difficult issues I have opened tickets and they are resolved in a timely manner by a very knowledgeable staff. The online training videos are also helpful for learning new skills or tools.

This is where Pardot really shines. From your initial sales experience to the implementation specialists and technical support, Pardot delivers. I have dealt with a number of Pardashians through my consulting work and every one of them was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

For the most part support can help me. But sometimes I may have ideas that Support doesn't necessary know about based on my extensive use of the product.
