I like to think of myself as a pretty technically proficient user. But there have been a couple instances when I just couldn't figure out how to accomplish something. Evergage support to the rescue! They didn't just talk me through the solution, but they actually built an example of the solution under my installation so I could adapt that to my particular needs. They're generous with their knowledge of the product. That's going above and beyond.

I was struggling with a way for Pardot to check in Salesforce for account ownership before assigning a lead to an account executive. A customer's for life success team member worked to find a solution for me by figuring out that we need to get an apex trigger written to check for account ownership. I haven't had a chance to get this trigger written, but I know that it can be done with a little outside help.

Honestly, they have always provided exceptional support to us. I can think of one time we were having a common problem and could not get our messages to work during testing for our internal group. Evergage did screen sharing meetings with us to try and verify the result, they were given their own customer account to test and were very active in troubleshooting and communicating status. It took a few days but they ultimately found out that their javascript beacon wasn't loading properly on a few of our pages due to some IT changes. The Director of Customer Success was even involved in our case and has been absolutely wonderful to work with.

When trying to get a subscriber (email recipient) who had unsubscribed accidently to be an active subscriber again for our company, I called the customer support line and filed an issue. I had also looked at the online help, but needed more information to help get things resolved. With the help of the support person, they quickly assisted and we got the subscriber back to an active status so they could receive communication from our company.

We onboarded one of our admins after the general product training for the rest of the staff had occurred. Our sales rep has been very patient answering his questions even though she had already reviewed several of them with other employees previously. Her persistent attentiveness has really paid off and we are seeing results with a very adept administrator on site now.
