Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We were able to implement ourselves in 30 days, which included a migration from Loopfuse. The process was very straightforward and Pardot provides good documentation using Basecamp during the implementation phase. Your Pardot implementation specialist is a resource available during your 60 day implementation phase and you can ask any and all questions.

Pardot assigned a specific point man for us to work with for the first 90 days and that was very helpful. I don't feel they made a huge effort to understand why we did things a certain way. They had a way to use the software and did not want us to deviate from it.
At that point we had been on Marketo for 3 years and had a very effective process in place and we did not want to make many changes to that process. We just wanted a software that would allow us to make that process run smoother which Pardot had trouble understanding.

Love the tool, so much easier to see what our visitors are doing, creating campaigns etc. One recommendation about forms in campaigns etc is to make sure the form is not shared between countries. To send out notifications to responsible, you should have one form per country or question.

From an IT perspective, once you set up the Javascript beacon and start collecting data there is a waiting game. During this time you can start labeling your site actions which can be labor intensive for a single person, but you don't really have the final end-users on the platform yet. We did a lot of training so users were experienced, but it wasn't until they had their first tasks to accomplish that they started using the system and had questions. I'd recommend setting up some immediate goals for an end-user to start segmenting for the purpose of displaying message campaigns so you can jump start end-user action.

Easy to implement, with simple emails and solutions initially created. More advanced usage of the tool and more advanced subscriber attribute usage was implemented during later phases when the knowledge of the tool increased. Monitoring success and results of email campaigns were done at a high level initially, but not fully used until the tool and email marketing as a whole was better understood in the corporation.

It's a SaaS tool so implementation of the product is a few clicks on your end. Connections to other services are pretty simple and straightforward. Again they have documentation with images walking you through the process.
