There's how to 'use' Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which you can get up and running pretty quickly. Then there's how to USE Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As soon as you actively start using it a million questions and problems pop up, and you are off to the races with researching, trial and error, and betting your IT partners to give you some resources.

While the product delivers what it promises, it doesn't meet all of a contact center's needs, in terms of performance measurement and employee productivity. The product is intended for digital marketing and community management, not for customer service.

Because it is pretty much user-friendly. Anyone can use this platform even those who are not so tech-savvy and knows little to nothing about programming. The platform allows productivity aswell.

Certainly, the best part of the software, the insight of this part can help a lot to gather new trends to effectively achieve new deals and perform better overall. Is it worth the cost of the rest of it, it is a question still in the open for us while we are trying other competitor DMP.

You are pretty much organizing your company's CRM all the time, your engineers deserve the best too, keep using the new tools Salesforce has to offer, to keep your engineers in fit and move along with the world. As an engineer I know when something is old enough to keep working with.

Overall usability is good as it helps to manage data. Being very precise, it is very reliable. For companies that are very customer-centric, it is very useful for satisfying customers. Having a very interactive interface and a fancy dashboard helps to showcase directly by generating reports rather than wasting time on PPT's again.

You won't find another solution that has as many features as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio. We all know Salesforce, we all know how big they are and it's not for nothing... Their tools do most of the things you want, need and even imagine. Using it is complicated, but the usability is infinite.

As a complex product with numerous features, Evergage strikes the right balance between flexibility and ease-of-use. Certain functionality does require a bit of experimentation and explanation (and I wish the documentation was more robust), but Evergage support has always been spot-on with solutions to complex use cases. Core features can be well-utilized by non-technical users, but the more technically-inclined will appreciate aspects of the user interface that enable them to dig into the HTML, CSS and Javascript code to build more complex use cases.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you have it down, it is very easy. It becomes intuitive once you understand how the system connects data from different areas. Once you have it down, troubleshooting is easy and so is designing and launching campaigns. Definitely a good UI.

For anyone that is not technology adverse, this software is pretty inventive and easy to use and implement. You really can't "break" it. You just need to dig in and try a it. Make mistakes and figure out how to fix them. If you get really stuck the chat feature is always available and the team seems to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall, the product is very easy to use with a modern, intuitive user interface. There are still a couple of areas where they could improve usability, i.e. email templates/sends (previously mentioned), and the layout templates can be a bit confusing to work with, particularly if you do not code HTML.
