Salesforce Mobile is very efficient and makes sense to use. Sometimes the reports, when you click in, doesn't open in a mobile view so you can see everything on one page. It helps when you need to search names, but it is not always user-friendly and would glitch. Saved messages are important, but as stated before sometimes the messages and links provided don't work.

Being out from the office, [Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is a supporting tool to bring all the information with you without having the need of bringing the laptop. As I said before, I am a sales manager and it is much more comfortable for me to use the mobile app instead of bringing a bag or something similar only for the laptop.

However, it wouldn't make any sense to use it in the office as you can enter into Salesforce from your computer and have a better experience with the SF product as it is much more comfortable to use. At the end it has a much larger screen than a phone or a tablet and it has many more possibilities as a whole

We can be on the go and yet have access to information, contacts, and apps using Salesforce Mobile. We may then develop meaningful insight based on the data and push behaviors to additional clients by forecasting forward and tacking notes on prospects, clients, and so on. In addition, the mobile component makes it easy to update in real-time when on the road. For Business owners and team leaders, the salesforce mobile application is an extremely helpful tool.

It's great to check activity on the go. It's also great for team members who need to sign agreements with the electronic signature integration apps. I only use it to check things but not to actively work in the app. This is due to the high complexity of Salesforce. However, screenshots or links are shared easily with the team via Slack.

The Salesforce mobile app is well suited for larger organizations with a good-sized field force, and many opportunities in motion. It gives the sales reps and business development team the power of their entire Salesforce CRM in the palms of their hands. The user interface is easy to navigate and behaves similarly to the desktop version of Salesforce. Smaller organizations with not many opportunities in the pipeline at one time may not find the app as beneficial. The app really helps the sales team stay on top of opportunities when there's a lot going on.

The Salesforce Mobile app is great for working on the go in order to have access to your companies CRM in various environments outside of your office. It is great for the person on the go or who travels a lot. You have full functionality of the desktop version that you can take with you anywhere. For the user who is new and needs support, the support service can be lacking. I have seen issues with the app being slow and there is no auto save functionality.

While walking around my building I can take pictures and attach them to already existing tickets. I also can submit tickets as I see them. This helps in case I forget by the time I get back to my desk. I also get notifications when tagged so I can respond on the fly.

Whenever you are managing multiple sales team remotely, you are able to view the reports with the ease from your mobile phone. And also as a sales person, being able to have quick access to data, like e.g., what were the previous opptys with this customer, or what are the products that are used/purchased from this customer. Basically, quick customer information especially before you go into a customer meeting, to make yourself more prepared on the go.

The Salesforce Mobile app is extremely useful and efficient for when you are working on the go and remotely, which is exceptionally efficient during the current conditions were are facing in the pandemic. It allows you pull reporting right in the palm of your hands, saving do much time when you are on the go.

I rated a 7 because I personally like to use the desktop version over the mobile version. The app is great when I'm away from my computer but that's really the extent of my usage. I prefer the larger screen and easier navigation over the mobile version. Though I would highly suggest it for someone that's more on the go.

SalesForce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] can definitely be an accelerator for the Sales Process when you have a globally distributed company that uses SalesForce as a central nervous system for business purposes. If you watch it from a collaborative perspective, SalesForce Mobile can be of help to accelerate communication between different teams.

Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is perfect for basic Opportunity, Account and Quote information. Approvals on Deals too. Chatter is amazing!! Reports and Dashboard viewing is "ok" but any editing needs to be done in the full version. If you need basic Salesforce functionality on the go or you are waiting on a deal to approve or item to action in order to move it along--> Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is perfect!! I wish the Admin App would be merged with the Salesforce Mobile app so I would not need 2 apps, this is a bummer.

I downloaded this app because I'm not always on the front of my computer. So when my client suddenly asked for an update or if I want to check a certain lead, I can easily access our company's Salesforce CRM on my phone since I have it downloaded. It is just one click and you'll have it!

Salesforce Mobile is useful for on-the-go jobs requiring access to information - particularly contact info, quick details about a constituent, or reference reports about sales or activity. Salesforce Mobile is not best for customizing reports, editing data, or creating new records. The usability and functionality of the app align with Salesforce.com, but the load times and requirements for back-end customization make on-demand changes difficult.

The SalesForce1 mobile application, of course, is specifically well suited for employees to update records while not around a computer. The app is especially helpful when making sales calls on the road and a quick look up of information, such as contacts, roles, and notes would be valuable. Salesforce1 mobile app adds an additional layer of convenience.
