We use Salesforce daily here at Everlasting Capital. Every time a file gets updated in our system, the automated IQ email system helps notify both the individual sales rep and client that is involved with each financing decision. This has become a daily procedure as we rely on these automated emails through SalesforceIQ to remain organized, keep clients updated, and relay decisions as soon as they're initially made.
  • Excellent response time.
  • Extensive notifications for all parties.
  • Fewer generic emails.
  • Fewer frequently repeated emails.
When I am working on getting clients approved for financing, I am often notified right away through SalesforceIQ whether a file has been approved or declined. When a file is approved I receive the terms right away and can reach out immediately to close the deal and make that revenue for my company in a seamless, efficient time frame. The same goes for when files are closed out or declined in our system as both the underwriters and clients are notified when a file is also closed out.
  • Significant increase in efficiency in daily procedures.
  • Faster response time in closing deals quicker leading to additional revenue.
While I have not used many other automated email CRM integration systems, SalesforceIQ is hands down a crucial part of my daily work flow. I could not picture our company putting up the monthly numbers we are able to allocate without the efficiency and concise notification settings SalesforceIQ gives Everlasting Capital. I highly recommend if you're looking for fast integration results to update numerous departments within your company, to look into SalesforceIQ as it will make your daily tasks substantially easier while keeping all parties more thoroughly notified.

Sales Tools for Business

As sales development representatives, we were given different campaigns and we used different tools for every campaign. I used SalesforceIQ for a campaign that offers a BI business tool. I was sending hundreds of emails weekly and I used SalesforceIQ to manage my contacts and reports. It is a user-friendly software. It is very easy to use and navigate even if you are not a computer savvy. You can simply log in or create an account in this tool. This also helped me to manage my reports. I can easily see the status and email responses of each contact.
  • Linking of Accounts with G Suite.
  • Easy access on your leads.
  • Filtering the information and updates you need.
  • Reports
  • Reminders
  • If [there is] too much data, bugs sometimes occur.
I advised using SalesforceIQ Inbox if you have a lot of contacted leads. When you want an easier way to monitor and track email responses, use this. You can organize your contacts and leads using the filter features. Since this is linked to your Gmail, you will see the updates from your prospects' right away.
  • Lead Management
  • Time Management
  • Reduces Human Pain
SalesforceIQ Inbox and HubSpot are both useful in small business organizations. Since they almost have the same features it's hard to tell why SalesforceIQ Inbox is better than other tools. I think the G Suite integration with filters feature is an advantage. The fact is when you have a lot of leads, having a filter in your Gmail is very helpful.

We just Salesforce Inbox to attach to our email client and it helps streamline tracking and scheduling of meetings with our clients. Our salesteam use it every day.
  • The ability to link contacts and attach emails to records without having to open Salesforce has saved us countless hours and make it contact touchpoints far more clear in Salesforce
  • The scheduling tool is amazing as we can send suggested times to the client without the hassle of a back and forth.
  • Being able to search contact records, see if there is a live opportunity before sending the email.
  • We now reduce the amount of back and forth emails with Salesforce inbox.
  • More customization in the mobile app without code.
  • Creating templates on the fly.
  • Calendar can be synced with Gsuite or Outlook calendar not just single Salesforce calendar.
When sending emails Salesforce Inbox provides valuable insights before sending. We usually send emails to clients and before Salesforce Inbox we would need to check in Salesforce to get details regarding the contact we are sending to. With the Salesforce Inbox there is no need to look in Salesforce as it is connected directly to Gmail or Outlook.
  • Positive. We close deals faster and don't need to have a long thread of back and forth emails
  • We have far valuable insights into if the client opened the email and how many times they've opened their emails
  • We can schedule sends so it appears at the top of the customers inbox.

SalesforceIQ makes my day to day email management 10x faster. Currently, it is an optional choice for part of our company if they wish to use it. I believe it is a personal preference depending on how one does their job. In my line, I tend to write similar sentences throughout the day. It is so great to write ";time" and "Thank you for taking the time to update me. My door is open as more questions come up," will automatically populate on the screen.
  • Fast email templates
  • Alerts you when someone has read your email
  • Ability to quickly schedule emails to go out at a specific time
  • I wish it worked better from my mobile phone. I don't want to download an app. I want to be able to use the mail utility on my iphone and have access to all of my templates.
I love sending out template emails that I can customize sentence by sentence. I can type, ";demo ;time ;when" and "Here's the demo link you requested: www.xxxxxdemosignup.com Thanks for reaching out to me! Let me know if you have any questions. When would be a good time for me to call you back?" will appear on the screen.
  • Time is money! This makes it much faster for me to contact more prospects.

It is used by the sales team. We had issues with adoption with Salesforce. Notes, updates, and other information weren't making it into Salesforce, negating any value of the CRM. Inbox bridged that gap, reducing time and effort for getting info into Salesforce and fixed our adoption problem.

The sales team uses it daily and we've found other benefits including the "insert availability" and "shortcuts" features. Allows us to be more responsive to leads and customers.
  • Salesforce Integration
  • Scheduling
  • G Suite Integration
  • We have to manually approve the logging of activity. The "auto-log" feature wasn't showing up on reports
  • Should be easier to create leads and contacts from emails. You don't have to leave the window--which is nice--but you still have to copy paste
  • I would like Salesforce Tasks to be more visible. I'm always forgetting about tasks I have.
I would highly recommend it for sales teams. For our operations dept and our tech support dept, we haven't found a compelling reason yet because they don't deal with Salesforce that much. However, as we integrate our ordering system and ticket systems into Salesforce, I think Inbox will have more value across the company.

  • Lowered our sales cycle by providing easy call scheduling
  • increased response rates with integrated Salesforce templates
  • Improved visibility of opportunities
