SalesHood is being used across our Sales and Customer Success organization. It helps us get information out quickly to the teams, track completion, and get reps certified. We also use it to onboard new reps.
  • Sales-centric: the platform is literally built for salespeople and with salespeople in mind
  • Collaborative Customer Success: the SalesHood team is SO responsive and always willing to collaborate and brainstorm ideas
  • Easy to Use: They have a fantastic onboarding program to get new admins started and the platform is easy to use.
Cons
  • UI display: Huddles could stand to have a facelift. The UI layout could definitely be better looking
  • Display on File/Link modules: the description is off to the side and hard to find unless you know what you're looking for
  • Ability to add files or slides on all modules as a reference point or ability to add widgets on modules
I wouldn't recommend SalesHood to a colleague looking for a content management system. As an LMS, SalesHood is great, but the library is just OK.

SalesHood is an all-in-one sales tool that allows you to do everything from tracking your sales calls to providing a collaborative platform for sales training. With SalesHood, you can create a sales library of presentations and demos, as well as manage your sales calls and provide your sales team with guided coaching and feedback. SalesHood is a great tool for sales teams of any size and you can use it to make sure that your sales team is as productive as possible.

SalesHood is a great platform to help you train and manage your sales force. It is very easy to use and has a lot of great features. Our sales team uses this product to train new salespeople as well as give reviews to current employees. It is a great product and I would recommend it.

Our Network Division uses Saleshood as a tool to update our account managers on new product releases from the manufacturers we represent. Saleshood is a tool that highlights key benefits to the team and has resources attached for making client calls with the key information.
  • The video works great for breaking up the trainings into 2 minutes segments
  • The ability to attach collateral to the overview
  • Having a test at the end to understand if the Team understands

Great for training the team. This has been the most helpful in our organization as we can train at our discretion making for better time management. Being able to quickly create a team strategy and call to action has made this tool a must need which is used several times a week following team huddle calls.

SalesHood helped me improve in my role and increase my average deal size.

SalesHood is used by our whole organization. This helps us have training information located all in one spot in order to best sell our company product. I have learned so much through SalesHood. I am able to take quizzes and get graded on those quizzes. This helps me know where I need to improve in my role. I am also able to share snippets from my sales calls and get feedback from my manager.

Cons
  • It would be nice to get notifications when I started a quiz and didn't finish. I sometimes start a quiz and forget I didn't complete it. This would be a great reminder.
SalesHood is well suited for our company. It is a great place for me to go to in order to learn more about our product. It also shows people in our organization that I am looking for ways to improve in my role, excel in my career. My director can see someone completes a training or quiz. I like knowing that when I am putting in the extra work to improve that it isn't going unnoticed.

SalesHood has allowed me to learn in my own time, at my own pace!

SalesHood is used by our GTM team to deliver on-demand training modules that each of us is able to view on our own time and complete per instructions from the Sales Enablement team. It has always been used as an onboarding platform during virtual onboarding. It has been quite handy and intuitive.
  • Track details on completion of courses
  • Managed completed vs incomplete work
  • Centralized location of all courses delivered by Sales Enablement.
Cons
  • Adding courses into SalesHood is not as intuitive as other platforms
  • Showing too many thumbnails can be kind of confusing to the user
  • Reporting section looks outdated.
[SalesHood] has been helpful during virtual onboarding when the team is not able to get together for in-person trainings. And the ability to test retention is helpful for the user and for management as well. However, it is one of those platforms that takes time out of what a rep does best, which is sell, so it may not be the most well received.
