SalesHood is used across the entire organization. It started to be used for Sales. My job was to bring it to the post-sales side of the business Them we evolved to using the SalesHood for our external partners/vendors.
  • Clear training paths with step by step directions.
  • Ability for department leaders to interact and follow their team's training progress.
  • Tracking and reporting.
  • Progress reports and the ability to create training times/deadlines
Cons
  • They need an access level in the user interface for "Manager".
  • Speed. There are times when the system got bogged down with users making it slow and clunky.
  • Additional focus on the 'service' side of the business in both options and vinacular
SalesHood can be used internally and externally for all things enablement. HR, Compliance, New Hire, Sales, Service, Support. It is a GREAT tool to use for training and enablement. Albeit it is not a full LMS it provides the basics needed to provide a productive training/onboarding tool where everything is tracked and accountability can be assigned to the designated management over the trainees.
  • Library and ability to use "huddles" for various trainings
  • Ability to hold people accountable for training with interaction from their managers
  • We used it for a company wide kick off. Using SalesHood we were able to make sure that all key bits of information were received by the 8000+ users
  • Provides proof to executive management and shareholders - the value that training and enablement brings to the organization
  • Ability to quickly create trainings and roll them out to the target audience with deadlines
  • Tracking also provides the ability of the enablement team to identify gaps and adjust accordingly
