Salesloft was great at DoorDash for scheduling emails, and sending out the equivalent of mail merges. We used it as sales managers to set up calls and create tasks or reminders, and it also helped us as a team with keeping an organized pipeline. I found the program very user friendly.

Salesloft was great if you were sending out an email to prospects or clients that needed to go to more than 10 people. I loved using salesloft for mail merges going to over 100 people, because it helps you personalize those emails but still get them all out in a quick and organized manner.

SalesLoft is being used in our Sales Development department as an outreach strategy to contact and track new customers. It's paired with Salesforce, our CRM platform.
  • Cadence starts.
  • Partners with CRM for contract capture information.
  • Organization.
Cons
  • Quality of calls.
  • Occasional downtime.
  • More features.
SalesLoft is well-suited for cadence starts and managing a steady outreach to clients. It is less suited on client notes and pulling details from CRM.

Salesloft has helped our outbound bdr and AE teams drastically over the last 3 years. The cadences save us tons of time and it's nice to see the open rates and clicks per rep so we can share the best cadences. It has definitely saved us a lot of time and helped us convert more leads!
  • The powerdialer in Salesforce is really nice. Not having to hop back and forth between SL and SF
  • The cadences are easy to set up and use.
  • It's nice to be able to utilize other reps cadences when you see they are performing better than yours.
Cons
  • It would be really nice if Salesloft automatically imported people in to Salesforce or reduced the amount of clicks it took to import someone. That can be a bit time consuming
  • It would be nice if you could see high level metrics instead of having to click into each cadence or each rep
Salesloft is an extraordenarily powerful tool that helps you get more out of Salesforce. The integration works well. It also integrates with Vidyard and many other systems. I highly receommend this tool to anyone who is looking to automate more of their sales processes. It's a great tool for every market (SMB, mid market and enterprise).

We use Salesloft to structure sales outreach; we have cadences for all the different personas, events & lead sources. Salesloft is easy to use and configure.

Cons
  • Conversation intelligence is not ready to compete with Gong.
  • More material on cadence best practices.
  • Activity field mapping can be improved.
Easy to configure as an admin and easy to use as a user. Still requires lots of training, but SL is more intuitive than other platforms.

Super easy platform to use, that allows you to stay organized, compare strategies, and thus, succeed in your endeavors.

We are using SalesLoft to keep our sales mission organized. It is being used by our Sales and Marketing department. It helps us stay on track and gives us the ability to plan ahead for our outreach.
  • The ability to schedule when an email goes out - this is awesome!
  • Can build lots of cadences and compare which ones had better response rates, clicks, views, etc.
  • The analytics section is great too.
Cons
  • To notify us when an email bounces.
SalesLoft has been so great in helping us stay organized with our outreach. The ability to schedule when emails are sent, is super helpful, especially when leads can be all over the world (time zone issues).
