SalesLoft is being used by our specific BDR department, but not the entire sales dept. It assists with organization and creating cadences for outbound calls and emails. It gives us daily reminders to keep up with prospects and not let anything slip through the cracks. The local dial feature gives us a greater chance of connecting with prospects. The platform ultimately helps us maximize our client outreach without sacrificing too much time for customization.

SalesLoft is used in conjunction with Salesforce by our BDR team and some of our Account Executives. It helps us maintain accountability by being able to create campaigns with due dates, and we love the ability to record our calls so we can listen back to them. Some of our team uses SalesLoft to set reminders and many of us save our email templates. I have also used the "book a meeting" link to help my BDR set meetings for me. It is a large part of our organization.

SalesLoft is being used by the entire Business Development Team. Although our team is on the smaller end (6 people and growing), we use Salesloft to help us achieve numbers that would be possible for a bigger team. It allows us to create cadences & workflows that better help us manage our time and our large potential client base. It's also tied in with Salesforce nicely, so when we get a lead and workflow it, the account executives on the other team can track all of our communications form SalesLoft in Salesforce, so there is no 'he said she said.'

SalesLoft is being used by our BDR team for inbound and outbound activities. SalesLoft solves the problem of ensuring a consistent buying experience for our future customers, as well as providing great visibility into team activity and effectiveness. One of the issues our team had was visibility into the timeliness of responses to inbound requests. By implementing an inbound cadence using some of SalesLoft's automation rules, the marketing team is able to have visibility and metrics around timeliness to response as well as how many touches it takes to book a demo.

I use SalesLoft every day at my job. Overall, this software has been a huge help in keeping accounts organized and has saved me hours of time. We use it to make the sales process function better, gather more data on our sales outreach, and because it patches a lot of the issues we have with the clunky, outdated Salesforce interface. The user experience and interface are leagues ahead.

SalesLoft is being used by our entire Business Development team as well as some of the Sales Team. For our Business Development Representatives, SalesLoft structures their entire day. Without SalesLoft, important tasks could easily fall through the cracks and get missed. We love that it can monitor our email analytics and notify us when someone has read, clicked on, or replied to our emails. SalesLoft saves me countless hours in my day and keeps my team on track.
We work with public safety departments. Many of these departments do not have a valid website, which prevents us from importing accounts from our CRM to SalesLoft--we are only able to import contacts at this time. The SalesLoft team has been more than helpful with this unique roadblock and has helped us find ways to work around it. At times, this can cause our work to be a little more cumbersome at the beginning of running a cadence, but in the long run, we are still saving an immense amount of time!
In all, the product and support we have received have been more than exceptional.

The business problem sales loft solves for Hootsuite is being able to put inbound demo requests in cadences and be able to dial out to customers. Being able to add notes, log calls, record calls, and have emails run int he background is huge for us!

SalesLoft is being used by the commercial sales team as well as enterprise business development representatives. Prospects are put into a cadence for both inbound and outbound targeting. Reps create their own cadences initially. These are then cross referenced off each other to see which ones are performing well compared to others.

It's a great program for our SDR department and sales. That's really the only department that uses it, for prospecting leads. The problem with SalesLoft for our company, after lead turns into deals, it's transferred over to "Zoho", a program we use for tracking deal progression. So the problem we see is having to use different programs for one job.
