We are a motor finance broker generating leads from our website via API integration, our previous CRM provider, who we have been loyal to for 11 years, was lacking in certain areas, mainly in the successful delivery of emails.

We needed a solution to not only provide us with reliable email delivery, with Gmail integration but also enable lead distribution across our team. Salesmate not only gave us this but various other methods of communication too, enabling us to reach out to our customers using email, SMS, Whatsapp, chat, etc.. this gave us everything we needed.

We had trials with the so-called "big boys" in this field, namely Pipedrive, Zoho, and Hubspot, and whilst these products were all good, they didn't offer an "out of the box" complete solution for all areas and to get something workable was going to be expensive.

The real kicker for us with Salesmate is their level of support; it is by far the best I have experienced using any "SaaS" provider, they guarantee to respond in 3 mins on chat, and most of my emails were responded to [with a solution] also within 3 mins, which is brilliant and very important for us as a small business, helping us configure and customize the perfect environment for us to work with.

The interface is intuitive, very clear, and uncomplicated and provides a solution to any business niche due to the endless configuration and customization options, using their automation module, you can literally configure the system to do pretty much anything! If you are looking for a CRM that is configurable to work with any business, with first-class support, Salesmate is definitely one to consider.

Salesmate gives us everything we need as a small business, with a clear interface, and can adapt to any business. If I was being ultra picky, I would perhaps suggest the ability to remove or hide certain modules not applicable to our niche, e.g., we are a B2C business, so the company module is not really useable for us, but this is not a negative by any means.

We have only been using Salesmate for a short time, but in the time we have been using it, it has certainly made our business more efficient and offers us everything we need to nurture our leads and convert them into more business for us.
Support is probably the best feature of Salesmate and was probably the difference why I chose them, compared to other similar products in the market. It's an early relationship, and I am hoping this will continue to be the case. I have no doubt that this will happen.

We use Salesmate as our CDP and rely heavily on its API and use of automated workflows to help make our sales funnel more efficient. So far, we've found it to be a great tool compared with other CRMs/CDPs.

  • Salesmate has an API for connecting third-party systems.
  • Salesmate could improve its API documentation.
  • Salesmate could have account-level settings which default for all users.
If you're looking for a main database of contacts and/or companies to sell to, Salesmate does a great job and is fairly customizable. If you want to send pretty marketing emails, Salesmate doesn't offer this directly but has an integration with MPZMail that works decently as well.

I have been searching for over 3 years for a CRM that fits my very specific needs, and I am even spending money to create my own CRM at the moment, but then I decided to do another trial with Salesmate. WOW! They have made some serious improvements and enhancements in the last 2 years. I am currently porting over my ringcentral numbers to Salesmate, and can't wait to get started! I will be utilizing the API as well to connect to my industry specific management system. Do yourself a favor, and sign up asap. The mobile app alone is worth it - everything you need in ONE app!
  • Mobile app is phenomenal - everything you need in one app
  • Inbox + Team Inbox are exceptional - team collaboration included
  • Deal pipelines and customization is a much needed plus
  • Webchat and webforms are needed
  • Facebook and Whatsapp chat would be great
  • Automation triggers for deal pipeline stages
  • Calendar scheduling
Salesmate is well suited for the small agency with at least 2 users due to the team inbox and team collaboration features built in to the web app AND mobile app. It's still solid even for 1 user, but there are other CRMs out there that might be a better fit for a 1 user agency.

Im not even going to attempt to list all of the CRMs I have demo'd and experimented with. This is by far the best overall for web and mobile use.. The ability to function in and out of the office with Salesmate is unparalleled, not even Hubspot can compete.
The user interface and user experience are fantastic...very easy to use and catch on.
