Salesmate is helping me to maintain my proper Hot, warm and Cold leads and helping in following up those leads without missing the timeline. This way I do not miss any follow-ups and eventually this helps me in building a good pipeline which lead to achieving my targets. As of now I do not find any shortcomings in Salesmate. As a Sales person I have worked with different CRM tools, like others Salesmate can also improvise their UI on timely basis to make it more user friendly.

I usually update my all-prospect details in Salesmate, update all my meeting notes, schedule a task, and do an email campaign. <br><br><ul><li>Particularly, an email campaign helps me to track all the details about the prospect whether he/she opened the email or not.</li></ul><ul><li>If they clicked on any links attached in the email.</li></ul><ul><li>It helps us to see who clicked on Unsubscribe button.</li><li>So, this helps me to track my email campaign activity where I can do a follow-up with the prospect based on these details given by the Salesmate.</li><li>And another good thing is we can add a email template directly into the Salesmate and schedule an email campaign.</li></ul>

My organization had given me an opportunity to select tools for our managing the process of the entire sales organization at our company. I am a user of Salesforce earlier, where i know a very detail about that. We thought of exploring new tools that are there in the market. We have finalized three vendors - Vtiger, Zoho, and Salesmate. Since we already new about Salesforce, we tried this to understand the process of each tool. Frankly, speaking Salesmate stood first when compared to other tools. Why? Ease of navigation, 360 degrees view of your contact, account, deal and activities. Dashboards and Reports are easy to configure. Local admin of the tool can modify the tool without much support from Salesmate. Salesmate had given good demos, knowledge repository and all the necessary tools to manage the complete sales cycle. As a Manager of the tool and also managing a team is really a daunting task to organize things and everyone need one stop shop to look at their activity, updates - This is where Salesmate Dashboards, reports and ease of navigation helped me and my team better organize our day to day tasks. Normally, Everyone for their monthly presentations - They prepare Presentations to show to the management. Here we are using Salesmate and presenting our monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Thanks to Salesmate.

  • Task Activity - This is where all your activities are captured - It could be your notes, emails, task, activity related to calls, meetings, Attachments related to that contact, account and Deal.
  • On top of this - All your email communication is synced at all times. So that a user can easily look at his past actions and make a right pitch either to the prospect to the management while you are reporting.
  • Salesmate should give integration with tools like ZoomInfo for database access.
  • Salesmate should allow to integrate with tools like Skype too, instead of using their existing dialers only.
  • Salesmate should add more charts to entice the reports.
I think Salesmate is really well suited to report your work that you have done. For example, starting from the contact, creation and its related tasks which you have made while nurturing that contact, account is created when convert the contact or company into an opportunity. At this point, whatever tasks that are made from the date of contact, creation to till the closure of that particular opportunity can be seen in a single window.

As a manager - managing the team - I could clearly see the performance of my team by visiting their individual dashboards and at the same time, if required i could get into details of the opportunity. Here it is eliminating the interaction of my reportee everytime, where i could see his performance and enabling me to guide him.

We are a motor finance broker generating leads from our website via API integration, our previous CRM provider, who we have been loyal to for 11 years, was lacking in certain areas, mainly in the successful delivery of emails.

We needed a solution to not only provide us with reliable email delivery, with Gmail integration but also enable lead distribution across our team. Salesmate not only gave us this but various other methods of communication too, enabling us to reach out to our customers using email, SMS, Whatsapp, chat, etc.. this gave us everything we needed.

We had trials with the so-called "big boys" in this field, namely Pipedrive, Zoho, and Hubspot, and whilst these products were all good, they didn't offer an "out of the box" complete solution for all areas and to get something workable was going to be expensive.

The real kicker for us with Salesmate is their level of support; it is by far the best I have experienced using any "SaaS" provider, they guarantee to respond in 3 mins on chat, and most of my emails were responded to [with a solution] also within 3 mins, which is brilliant and very important for us as a small business, helping us configure and customize the perfect environment for us to work with.

The interface is intuitive, very clear, and uncomplicated and provides a solution to any business niche due to the endless configuration and customization options, using their automation module, you can literally configure the system to do pretty much anything! If you are looking for a CRM that is configurable to work with any business, with first-class support, Salesmate is definitely one to consider.

Salesmate gives us everything we need as a small business, with a clear interface, and can adapt to any business. If I was being ultra picky, I would perhaps suggest the ability to remove or hide certain modules not applicable to our niche, e.g., we are a B2C business, so the company module is not really useable for us, but this is not a negative by any means.

Hello, <br><br>I originally purchased and installed Salesmate.io with the our fellow managers at our company. And honestly-- we have not looked back. <br><br>The robust systems and workflows enables the Operations manger to engage at a high level that can be quickly learned. This flow of the interface is sleek and the process to (almost) master the product is a low threshold. As both a manager and sales rep. And what I mean by that, is that the ability to learn the dynamics of a CRM is enhanced through Salesmate as a whole-- because the design and thoughtfulness that is/was put into the software. <br><br>It's honestly exponentially better than both HubSpot or Monday.com -- both of which I have extensive experience in. <br><br>And although the product is actually pretty good in of itself-- The best part (in my opinion) is the Customer Support. <br><br><b>Salesmate.io customer support team is INSANE AND HANDS DOWN the best team I have ever interacted with-- Suraj and Kruti have helped me with my problems regarding Workflows/CRMs than any video you can watch. </b><br><br>I am serious when I say they are there to help at a whim's notice and always get back to you as soon as possible. <br><br>It is honestly very impressive haha and inspiring the way this company is ran. <br><br>Overall, I would sincerely recommend to any company looking at a CRM especially companies that are small-mid size... Again, I've used Hubspot originally, and these guys blow them out of the water no joke. <br><br><br><br><br><br>

Salesmate is amazing. Been trying to find a genuinely good CRM for a long time, and Salesmate has completely blown me away. The native calling and texting, especially inside of the app are amazing. And the support is Top Notch! Best support I've ever received from a CRM. I am currently using it for customer followup, and phone sales, which is what SalesMate excels upon. Their native calling and texting feature is super helpful, and works really well on desktop, mobile, and IPad. On top of that, I am currently going ahead and building in sequences, that are automated based on a No-Show, or an event that took place.

Salesmate does really well with phone communication, texting communication, and creating automated email events based on a specific scenario such as a No-Show. On top of this, the app works better than any other CRM apple app that I have seen. The calling / text/ emails all work fluently inside of there.

  • I use its scheduling feature to schedule measurements for the cabinet business
  • With the texting feature, I can send customers pictures of samples and layouts
  • Customers are notified of the progress of their project each time the deal enters a new stage in the project/production pipeline
Salesmate has become our system of truth. ALL data related to deals and customers must live inside the CRM. We find the CRM has only useful features, and we will continue to use it in all our business processes.

  • Multiple/redundant notifications are a small annoyance
  • When clicking on a contact from a deal, it opens the contact's edit form. When I don't want to edit, I just need to go to the contact page
I cannot think of a sales scenario where a system like Salesmate CRM would not be essential. All parts of the sales process are covered, and with features such as texting and telephony, this completes the circle, and you would not need to leave the CRM as is the case with other CRMs, even expensive ones.

I use Salesmate to manage the entire sales process for my organization. The application allows me to strategize the best outreach when I am looking to connect with new clients and will enable me to streamline communications with existing clients. I have used several other CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper, and Pipedrive - this is by far the most robust and user-friendly. On top of its features, it comes at an incredible value. I can't recommend this platform enough to other people; I love it.

Salesmate is an excellent choice for small and medium businesses looking for an incredibly powerful CRM platform. The only use case where it may not be best suited is for larger companies or enterprise applications. For those unique cases that need robust custom-built solutions, Salesforce may be a better fit. My husband and I own a small online marketing agency and we finally got to the point where we needed a CRM. We had used Hubspot, Salesforce, and some others in previous jobs and there were things we didn't like about all of them. I came across Salesmate about a year ago and I was blown away by all of the features. It was a simplified version of Salesforce where they stripped out all the stuff an average person would never use. Salesmate is so intuitive and I love how they are adding new things (like multi-step automation) all the time. It also integrates well with Zapier, so we can connect it to the many other systems we use in our agency. We use the phone number features, texting, the mobile app, and have started digging more into email sequences. My favorite thing is that there is always a tech support person a short chat away. I click the button, type my question, and within a few minutes, I have an answer on how to do something. That level of support is basically unheard of in a software company. Salesmate has been a tremendous help in keeping us organized.

Salesmate works well for our small marketing agency. We have 5 people on staff and around 100 clients. We are a very niche agency so our database is only around 1,200 people. I think it would work well for a small to medium-sized business.

Salesmate is the central point for our customer management. We use it to make phone calls, track emails, track sales, and perform other business functions.
  • Very intuitive setup
  • Affordable pricing for startups or expanding businesses
  • They're support during the setup process was very quick and easy
  • Faxing - Hard to believe people still use fax but some of the people I do business with still use it. Adding a faxing option would make it more comprehensive.
  • Adding calendar functionality to calendars other than Google or Outlook would help.
I would definitely recommend to a colleague. The setup process was pretty quick. I initially did not choose Salesmate as the preferred CRM provider but quickly realized there are a lot of compatibility issues with other CRM systems. Salesmate was the best option to handle everything regarding sales management and customer support under one roof.

I use Salesmate to keep properties and tasks organized. I have used a lot of CRMs throughout my career and this is the only one I have chosen to pay for personally with my business. I love it for the following reasons:

We first set out to locate a CRM system that would help us streamline our sales and support processes while also providing improved reporting. After reviewing the functionality of Salesmate, I quickly realised that it could be used for more than simply sales. It could also be used for customer support and marketing. With the addition of forms, automation, and bulk-emailing, we decided to use it for all aspects of customer relationship management in order to gain a better 360-degree perspective of our prospects and members. We've been using Salesmate for our complete operating suite, and it's been great so far. Excellent UI, features, and customer service.

We are using Salesmate to board our customers whom we can't add through our financial CRM. All customers that we add to Salesmate are shared with our sales team to help us understand lead statuses for conversion. Salesmate helps us determine what appropriate action should be taken next in order to satisfy current customers and convert potential customers.

Salesmate is well suited for teams of all sizes. One of the reasons we decided to use Salesmate is because it's user-friendly and straightforward. It does exactly what you need it to do without the confusion of too many functions that get lost in translation. The best part of Salesmate is that if you decide you want to add on a feature you can upgrade your plan to fit what you need. It's perfect for a growing business or team.

Salesmate is being used by our organization as a Sales CRM, across the multiple inter-department sales teams. The biggest challenge it addresses for us is having a seamless track of all interactions with the customer on one single view. This really helps us ensure that we always have a contextual conversation.

Salesmate is being used by our Sales team for managing the sales pipeline and customer communications. Before this, we were managing all leads in an excel sheet which was very inefficient. Salesmate has allowed us to automate a lot of stuff via their automation journeys, workflows, and sequences. Their customer support team is excellent, fast, and very responsive, something which has become quite rare. It's a must recommend for all small to medium companies looking for a good CRM tool.

Absolutely love to work on Salesmate. It's absolutely wonderful it when comes to streamlining the sales cycle right from onboarding the leads to various stages to deal closure. Easier to view all leads on the same page. Having access to a scorecard in order to prioritize the relevant activities, has an in-built dialer to make calls. "Salesmate - Not only a CRM for me, rather the best solution for all my Sales-related issues." Nutraceutical Industry is a booming industry these days and there is no proper CRM solution for this industry. I tried with many renowned CRMs, but they couldn't satisfy my needs which are basically to monitor sales in a well-organized way. I came across Salesmate in a youtube ad and thought of giving it a try. It actually gave me the solution to almost all of my issues. Starting from a properly organized client list to well-planned activities, I can now do all the things via Salesmate without missing a follow-up. And I can efficiently observe my sales team also. Happy to have a very professional demo, continuous and instant customer support, and after purchase support which is the most important thing. Kudos to the Salesmate team. Glad to have you with us.

After going through a load of other crap CRM's (here's looking at you Active Campaigns, Pipedrive, Hubspot) I found Salesmate. After trying almost all of the CRM's on the market, and throwing good money after bad, I was pretty disillusioned that I could find something that offered reasonable value for money. Like an oasis in the desert, Salesmate has refreshed our faith in what a CRM can be. We're passionate users and proponents of Salesmate for our own SaaS sales organization so when we work with you, you can rest assured we believe in both their product and ours.
  • Send an automated followup sequence off the back of an email outreach.
  • Automate a tex/call/email sequence followup.
  • Power dialler is good and SUPER cheap.
  • Scheduler is now at a point where I've cancelled Calendly.
  • Scheduler needs to be better at cancellations and reschedules automatically.
  • Email sequences aren't perfect for sales outreach.
Any small sales organization, it's ideal. Best on market, without a doubt (I've tried them all so I should know). It's pretty seamless when it comes to managing and chasing your database. Can't express how hard this is to get right, and Salesmate has!

It has been used by the sales department. We use it for sales tracking, deals, contacts/company information and for calling our international clients. It has helped me alot as it stores all the needed information on one platform. Plus we can track the performance as an individual or together as a team. The interface is very easy and organised.

Some drawbacks are the page settings. When we hit back button the page does not stay in the exact same position but goes to the top. ie. companies page, if we enter a company and go back to the companies list, it jumps back to the top. its exhausting to keep scrolling

We originally set out to find a sales CRM to update from our existing system, in a way to simplify the sales process and get better reporting. After overviewing the features of Salesmate, I quickly opened to the possibility of using Salesmate not just for the sales side, but also for the marketing. With the options of forms, automation and bulk-email send, it made more sense to us to use it for all avenues of customer relationship management, to give us a better 360-degree view of our prospects and members. We know use Salesmate for our entire operational suite, and so far, it's been fantastic. Very nice interface, great features and fantastic support.

Nothing is perfect in life, but to give this a 9/10 wouldn't seem just as it's just such a good system. The features you get, for the price are just unbeatable...and I looked into a LOT of different systems before pulling the trigger on Salesmate. The app is smooth and works well, there is plenty of customizability and unlike most systems where I think 'It would be great if it did THIS' - with Salesmate 95% of the time, there is a way to do it, workaround or it is in the pipeline of tasks to implement.

This is really well-architected software, at a great price, with great support. Not much more you could ask for. If you're looking at others mid-range software like Pipedrive, Freshsales, Agile or the like - I would strongly recommend Salesmate as the best solution...not sure how it would stack up to the Salesforce/HubSpot of the world, but the price to value ratio would likely put Salesmate in at #1.

Salesmate has so many great features that we have now expanded it throughout our organization. The use of different pipelines, customizable fields, automation, and customizable sharing features has allowed us to expand its use within our company.
