SalesOutlook is all-in-one CRM
We have been using SalesOutlook for our business. It works like the way our brain works well some of us anyway. It is nice software for sales & marketing, you can track and monitor your sales team and document your contract. Its feature of task generation is very helpful to track your tasks.
- Tasks generation feature is great
- It is integrated with the outlook email
- Customizable and easy to use.
- Reporting process needs to be more user friendly
- It would be nice to have more integration with third party tools.
- We have to manually input the contacts in, which needs to be improved

It is better than all of the alternative software I tried because its customization and filters of the report are great. It can automatically sync all customer data at one place. All files and email correspondence are saved to the contact's profile, and because SalesOutlook CRM depends on Microsoft Outlook, there is no need for a dedicated MS-SQL server database

SalesOutlook CRM for customer service & sales performance analysis
It is being used by our sales & marketing team. We are using it for category management. It provides the best analysis of product and category performance. Since we are in exports, so documentation plays very important part in our day to day dealings. By SalesOutlook CRM, we are able to keep the track of our documentation & contracts as well. It is a perfect solution for our Sales & Marketing team.

it is very user-friendly and having very good compatibility with other software. Moreover the aftersales training and support is best amongst in the industry.
[SalesOutlook CRM is] used across the whole organization. Salesforce and Outlook are integrated and it has become extremely useful to have all information in sync. To have contacts from valuable accounts and information related to those accounts syncs without Outlook makes it very efficient and useful.
