The support provided for SAP Analytics Cloud is amazing. The manual is well written and organized with sections of data. Whenever we had issues, 90% [of the time], we were able to read through the online manual/documentation to resolve the issues. The product support team [was] dedicated, polite, and swift in supporting our problems and resolving them.

I haven't been able to test the support of SAC. However, based on the fellow developer's opinion I can say it's pretty good. The support team gets ample ways to communicate and report the problems and gets solutions or sometimes suggestions accordingly. This has been very helpful in resolving regular problems that may have arisen while using the tool

The SAP support team is free of charge and readily available whenever in need. I have relished a lot from live agents when I was stuck during customization. The next step I'm going to do is to join SAP online communities to interact with other peers and the SAP technical team.

I haven’t interacted with SAP support since our in-house support team [reaches] out to them when there is an issue. However, I am pretty sure they must be highly responsive and knowledgeable since we have never lasted with an issue for more than an hour ever since I joined Movement Bank.
