- when i first started using Ariba, it took far too long to navigate it, I think user guides are required and perhaps someone with a user experience lens can take a look at the navigation, since it really isn't that intuitive. After using the tool over several RFPs I can say that I am 5/10 competent but acknowledge that I do not know what I do not know
