As usual most important factor is cost savings , deliver quality along with business objects.we can easily make any sales procurement and adjust the dashboard as per requirement . Connecting with vendors extremely challenging we can't expose real time data with them also role management is another critical issue while in sap ERP it's messy but in sap cloud it's better and clean process.

What I personally liked the most was the seamlessness it has to provide.
The way it streamlined multiple sales steps and procurement steps was mind blowing.
It took away the toughest part by making it very transparent for all involved people and automating it within the cross-fucntional teams. Large enterprises have hard time chasing the compliance which this solves very effectively.

Ease of use is important, changing processes can be complicated. I’m once a software is adopted or accepting with in an organization it can be challenging to get employees or managers to use the software affectively. It would be could do have someone internal that is available for trainings and can be the key person for reference.

The single most important factor is integration with other tools. We had a requirement to integrate with mutiple systems such as RSA Archer GRC tools,AD, ITAM and SAP ECC system. It has powerful API available (such as REST API) and with the help of API we have easily achieve this. Also, other important factors are eaae of use and scalability.

SAP Ariba, High potential but still a long journey

IT landscap setup, was the best solution that time. But actually we have big problems with the response time of different moduls. Guided Sourcing has a very slow reaction time in Europe as well. SLP and SCC has a very bad response time in China, this is a very high risk for our ongoing projects
