We use SAP Integration Suite to integrate SaaS applications with SAP S/4 HANA environment. It helps us to avoid any direct point-to-point integrations and avoid any security risks.
- CPI integrations using iFlows were easy to develop.
- Non-SAP ERP integration for OnHand inventory utilizing CPI.
- Any of Apigee integrations we have is via CPI.
- Considering large data/volume handling via CPI.
- Std. way of setting up email alert notifications in CPI is needed.
- CPI iFlow should have email alert suppression capability which currently we are building it as a custom. This is already available in PI/PO alert job definition.

We are using SAP integration tool for indenting, purchase order purchase requisition also for training management, vendor data management, project qualification document and for HR related data management. SAP integration tool has wide range of usage in our organisation it has tools and features which makes a complicated work very easy task. It also has some good tools to search and to flag the data for future reminders.

SAP Integration suite is very important cloud based service (iPaaS) which is part of BTP (Business Technology Product). It integrates Applications and processes from On-premises to Cloud. It has inbuilt Tools and content to help integrate Applications e.g. SAP ECC to SALESFORCE OR Microsoft Dynamics. It has AI based capabilities and automates the integrations.

Generation of purchase requests and purchase order and also for training management, vendors data management, inhouse data management etc. SAP integration tool helps us to manage all the data and we can get whichever data we needs as earliest with a single click. Some SAP tools are not that much user friendly which needs lot of training and concentration to learn.

Excellent customer service
Integration is little time consuming and sometimes it even fails continuously, this can be very disappointing for the projects which are mostly on hourly contracts which ultimately is a business and revenue loss, i will suggest if it can be improved so that there is no any problem with users and consultant

SAP is the best suite I ever seen.
I used the suit, which supports timesheet entries and the ERP mechanism for my institute. It was amazing. I will always respect and love to use SAP-related things in the future. I also use the same in my current company to enter my daily work and time sheet-related entries.

1. Eases the process flow 2. Accuracy of data 3. Transparency of data 4. Speed, optimization, and reduction of errors, it does the work in a fast, effective, and efficient way, helps in doing the task effectively and efficiently, it helps in doing simultaneously many tasks along with a curent one.

There are various cloud and Onprem system software APIs that are handled with the same. The current organization has a lot of customer support software and internal services, which are handled with the same. The analytics APIs are more complex, and it is very difficult to handle them. Hence SAP is used. Overall it is a good product.

We deal with the orders that are placed by cx and we support them by chat, call and emails. With this software we help our fellow teammates to do better as we work on laptops and desktops personally. We had created a small team by ourself and our team lead helps us with the SAP integration suite as well. This is a very fine service that we got as this makes easy for us to work and as we are working from home this suite helps us a lot.
