This has reduced the time that all parties involved take when preparing, submitting, and approving expense reports. This was at least a full time admin job before and now things can be done faster and more efficiently without this being a huge project for someone when the person returns from a trip.

The only notable benefits of Concur is that it pulls in card transactions and lets you book travel on the website and automatically sends you your travel information. In my personal experience and from listening to colleagues, it does not save time with submitting expense reports. Very very rarely have I (or a coworker) submitted an expense report without it being kicked back at least once for corrections.

I can only speak to my own personal experience: I can reiterate that it has saved me a lot of time and stress dealing with travel and expenses. I can use the time I gain to work on projects instead of managing travel and expenses. I would have to imagine that other people throughout my organization are experiencing similar benefits.

Definitely, implementation of Concur Travel and Expense has improved productivity by providing accurate billing reports (both for budget management and auditing purposes), improving productivity (less time spent on administrative tasks), and ease of report submissions for timely reimbursement of employee expenses.

Concur has had a great benefit in terms of productivity at our organization. The time it takes to work on expense reports and travel reports has been really reduced, and generally people find it a lot easier and quicker to have to take care of their expense needs when they use Concur.

This definitely saves a lot of time. Usually, the day after a travel day would start with spending an hour or two adding in all the receipts. Now, that step is completing skipped. We've already added in the receipts and just simply need to submit.

Organizing travel itineraries, booking travel, submitting expense reports, all of these have saved our finance department countless hours as well as our employees. Overall this provides our employees with a better user experience.

I remember the days of hand filling out forms, attaching actual hard copy receipts and walking down the halls of the office building to submit expense reports and then making that same walk several times over the subsequent weeks to check in on the status, etc. Not to mention then waiting until the hard copy check was printed and taking it to the bank (it's amazing that I even bothered sometimes lol). That all said, Concur makes all of the aforementioned steps very painless and there is now a digital trail for follow up from me on reimbursement status and for Accounting to ensure the reports are filled out correctly and have proper documentation in case of an audit.

Able to submit reminders to send PO for a big purchase so we do not miss renewal date or a discount cuttoff time on a purchase. Easy to approve and research expenses in one place no need to wait for mail or email on information on follow ups.

Concur Travel and Expense makes for sure our lifes easier. It's efficient, quick and really well organized allowing us to manage all the invoices and expenses in a better way. Just open a report, take pictures of the receipts from your phone and sumbit, you will also be able to see the approval's process.

The biggest benefit has been uniformity. Everyone uses the same system, and everyone tracks expenses the same way. Also, the wide range of expense categories means there will never be something that has to be handled outside the system. I also appreciate the ease of approvals (one-click in most cases), but also the ability to review employees' reports in an organized manner.

IT is helping to streamline the processes. I automatically have the expense there and can submit easily. You have the ability to duplicate some of your previous expenses so its a great feature and allow me to save time when doing my expenses. It is definitely a nice advantage to not have this task to be tedious but instead automation doing it for you.

They've automated expenses reimbursement, so I get automatic deposits for my expenses. Previously they would cut a check, put it in a file structure by the Admin's desk and you'd have to know it was there and remember to go get it, then cash the check. That much preferred, I believe they just have one person working on expenses so I'm sure this software helps to lessen their workload considerably, especially when everyone is coming back from a conference.

We have a lot of travelers and so easy to have all your trip needs in one Ap. Easily capture receipts with ExpenseIt and have the travel information in the same ap. I can book flights, hotels...whatever I need for the trip. Preparation time for expense reporting tremendously cut with these items at your fingertips
