The SAP Customer Data Solutions platform is exceptionally positioned in this manner for giving me the most relevant and up-to-date information on my company's customer base that I engage with. Using SAP Customer Data Solutions I know the most pertinent needs of our customers and how best to direct them. This could be through adjacent departments such as Technical Support, Customer service, Operations, Accounting, Marketing, or Sales. I consider it a magic crystal ball of how best to accommodate accounts on the fly. This is always a plus in complaint resolution or product pitchs.

To keep up with a growing customer base, we used this solution to unify our data across the diverse toolsets each team uses and we quickly had over half of our web and native properties tracked to SAP Customer Data Platform. There are many features of the app that are used day in and day out, but the most important is how it routes both analytics data and customer data into the same data warehouse, giving our analysts access to a single repository of our customer's records.

This thing called SAP Customer Data Solutions at my work is awesome. It's like a super cool computer helper! It helps us keep track of all the people who orders from our clients stores. You know, like when you go to a their store and they know your name and what products you like? That's because of this SAP thing!

So, the problem it solves is that sometimes people want special products, and the store needs to remember what products they like. SAP helps by keeping all that info in one place, so the store can make people happy by getting them the orders they really, really want.

The scope? Well, it helps store owners and all the clients make sure everyone gets the orders they love. It's like having a big friendly robot in the store that knows what everyone likes.
