SAP support has always been challenging but has improved over the years. Sometimes I think the teams that build the products don't use the products.

Never had the chance to get in touch with a support team of SAP data intelligence platform. However, the feedback from our representatives who were in contact with the support team were always positive. The only thing which needs to be improved is that the support people should be a bit less technical when handling queries

We relied a lot on the support team of the providers, especially at the beginning. they were always ready, gentle, and happy to help us. Most of the time, it doesn't take long to answer tickets, and none of them are ignored.

Great tools provided for the implementation and delivery of ETL pipelines, as well as migration of databases from one cluster to another. Also, considering the whole family of SAP platforms, they are easily integrating with each other, which is a great advantage, as we are using SAP 4HANA for our another project. Overall, it is good tool to be used in it's own sphere of implementation.

We have not had to rely on support a great deal (at least since I have been at the organization), but the several times we have, they have always been available and thorough in helping us. Several of the instances of contacting support have been access-related issues, which support was able to resolve quickly and without issue.

At times we felt blocked and had little to no resources available to refer to and needed intervention and that’s where I have deducted the two points as this could have been much better and feasible. There is always a room for improvement when it comes to customer support and satisfaction.

SAP Data Intelligence have a very knowledgeable support team available for queries. The team is competent, friendly and useful in technical issues. However. we have contacted them a few times and they constantly take a very long time to respond. They should definitely check on their response time.

In my opinion, SAP does not provide fantastic support, this is an area of improvement. It is a pay-to-play system that relies on SAP professional services or other consulting firms to fill the gap for implementation. This overall investment requirement makes using SAP a difficult proposition for anything but the largest firms in the world.
