- SAP Extension Suite has improved our customer relationships and boosting urgent needs with timely services..
- It has really simplified our business process automation with visual drag and drop tools.
- SAP Extension Suite has driven us to realizing faster time to value.
- SAP Extension Suite has improved our daily business operations and we have been able to achieve at least 80% of our targets. The only thing that may be looked into is the system to generally make navigation a bit smooth and easy.

- Well, not that it has many cons to point out only that you may encounter unforeseen events during your use of the system which the documentation may or may not have a solution for. I think that is normal with any other system.

- It's quite important to note that the configuration process involved with SAP Extension Suite is troublesome.
- Whenever they make an upgrade it feels like a new system and there are things we have to relearn.

- Saved over 50% of our previous end-to-end build time.
- Automatically bisect test failures when they occur.
- Detects test failures that would occur on future date.
- It was a bit of a hassle to configure at first but once setup it's easy and fast.
- At a certain time they removed key items used in pipelines to force upgrades.
- The new UI though works well feels less intuitive than the previous one.

- The interface is very easy to understand and use.
- Most features need to be developed. It would be nice if there were ready-to-go services to use.
- There should be better training on what is possible with SAP Extension Suite.
- Processing data sometimes can take a long time.

Must-have for SAP-centric customers
- Lots of quality-of-life improvements specific to the SAP landscape
- Direct integration & simplified preview with SAP core products (ECC, S/4, etc.)
- Agile process automation and delivery for DevOps teams
- Still in an early stage where you miss some obvious features that any generic IDE would offer
- You would think developers using the previous version of the product would already have their bearings, but SAP changed so much that they have to learn everything again
- Performance varies a lot depending on your pricing plan, especially if you have a growing development team
