I will give 5 star ratings for their support especially at the time of implementation their support was great and extraordinary. Their customer support team is very helpful and quick responsive. They have complete knowledge of their products and helps you resolve your queries faster. My experience with their support team is delightful.

However, I am not the right person to answer this as we have another department to handle support and contact the service provider for any support required. Although i will say that they are the quick respondent and knows how to handle querry of the customers and provide quick and better support.

SAP HANA CLOUD provides a variety of resources to help customers get the most such as online documentation, community forums, support tickets, training, etc. In addition to these resources, SAP also provides a number of support options for critical issues, such as 24/7 phone support. Overall, I am satisfied with the support for SAP HANA CLOUD and would like to recommend it to other organisation that is looking for a powerful and scalable cloud-based database solution.

To speed up the overall process as a basic administrator, I will make use of the HANA database SQL collection to identify the SQL statement HASH id or route case SQL query, and then I will try to connect with SAP support. I have received quality support from SAP to resolve my issues ASAP.

I think SAP has developed this tool by completely after understanding the end-user needs and what are the management's requirements. Most of our issues we had earlier has been resolved and not araising with SAP HANA Cloud. If you are looking for good accounting tool, supply chain tool, invoicing or payment management tool you can consider this.
