SAP Lumira Discovery is a data visualization software solution that helps business users take full advantage of the massive amounts of data that is available to their business by using data analysis and data visualization capabilities. The data available in all major data sources (like MS Excel, csv, txt, and diverse database formats) can be put together in grids and graphs to create presentations, dashboards, infographics or business reports. SAP is providing full support for SAP Lumira service, however as said earlier it is going out of maintenance in coming future and is being replaced by SAP SAC as per SAP recommendation.

It is decent, and the support for Lumira is really good (we're overall happy with it). Connectivity is great, and because it does not offer a lot of new features, it never bugs or crashes, which is very important.

It does not have many bugs or issues since not a lot of new features are being added. The customer support for SAP Lumira Discovery is good and anyone considering this as a self-service tool would be happy. It integrates well in the SAP BI suite of products and the overall experience is positive.

They have been very supportive to listen to our problems and resolve them quickly. Their customer engagement team works hand-in-hand and treat our success is their success.
