For a big sales team it's a perfect tool since it can perform every function, but if the lead flow is less this tool is bit expensive since it has got so many features which might not be useful for a small team. Also it's an expensive tool so where the business is big this is well suited but for a small team it's bit expensive.

SAP Sales Cloud effectively meets our current requirements and demonstrates scalability for potential expansion. While not perfect, it offers a close-to-ideal solution. The integration of SAP cloud analytics is user-friendly, supporting teams without scalability or integration challenges. We're contemplating extending its use to more departments, anticipating improved analytics, operational efficiency, and overall positive impacts on sales and revenue, along with enhanced customer collaboration and vendor management.

SAP Sales CLoud is not useful in cases where it needs zero downtime upgrades or new monthly releases or micro frontends.Although it is great for any cloud deployments, provides a unified view for the customers. Helps in AI insights recommendations and analytics. It is also optimised for mobile . It is robust and a highly scalable cloud plaform

Imagine your company is like a giant ship with lots of different things going on in sales - different products, lots of customers, and a whole bunch of steps in the process. SAP Sales Cloud is like the captain of that ship. It's really good at handling all the details and making sure everything runs smoothly, almost like having a super-smart helper for your big sales team. Imagine your company is like a car, and analytics is like the engine that helps it go faster. SAP Sales Cloud is like a turbocharged engine with lots of cool features. But if your car doesn't need to go super fast, maybe a regular engine would work just fine. It's like choosing the engine that fits your ride without getting too fancy.

Really, every company that has a sales team (which is nearly every company because, you know, one needs to sell the product or service the company is providing) needs Sales Force for their account tracking, sales process and timelines, notes, deal health, strategy, and anything touching a deal. Helps keep track of all components and people on an account.

Implementation process including integration with other SAP solution may take time but at the end, it works well. Integration between Quotations and Sales Orders works well if you mantain sales price list updated or if the price is resolved by your ERP integrated with Sales Cloud. Other way, reports for managers to track their sales team are usefull to have a full view of what your team is working and how it's progressing. The Sales Target Planning in SAP Sales Cloud for our organization is difficult to track because we can not see real sales, just pronostics sales.

Establishing connections and engaging with leads and potentials is very simple and straightforward with SAP sales cloud. There are a lot of default email templates that are available which can be leveraged. Also, a level of automation is provided which saves a lot of time for us. We can define rules and workflows for new leads which helps us engagement with them at all times.

The entire sales process and the sales data handling experience is made smooth with the help of SAP Sales cloud. Customer data management and product quotation administration are some of the best features of SAP Sales Cloud. With the default templates that are available, we can easily introduce many different touch points to the leads and customers to always stay in contact with them. The integration with LinkedIn sales navigator has also been very much helpful to directly populate the leads information.

If any small or medium organization searches for an efficient CRM, I think SAP Sales Cloud is the ultimate solution. Even for smooth Sales Automation, Forecast Optimization, Sales Team Management, Lead management, and customer engagement, it is the perfect solution. SAP Sales Cloud is a suitable tool for newer or small sales teams, as it leverages their informed decision-making through predictive analysis and guides them step-by-step. The same would apply to sales representative teams helping expand business operations in newer territories/markets.
Nonetheless, I hardly imagine how that benefits an experienced, management-level scheme of professionals, who are more prone to rely on their seniority and know-how to identify opportunities, for example. Likewise, in an industry where the ticket is high enough to reduce the count of open, simultaneous opportunities there would be a worse use case for the workflow recommendation features.

I interact with a lot of customers every week and SAP helps me to maintain all my discussion and details with these customers. Entering new lead information, sending quotations multiple times, previous discussions and other information helps me to track all my leads very effectively

I think SAP CRM would be suitable for any situation in which you need an effective system for tracking clients and customers. My recommendation would be if you have a Salesforce of at least 50 people and are at least 50+ in revenue, then it would be worthwhile to consider leveraging SAP. At a smaller company, there are likely more cost-effective options.

The amount of automation you can use SAP Sales Cloud for is great. It streamlines many of our other software's processes. We use Hubspot as well as Sales Cloud and they work great together. It has greatly enhanced our ability to collaborate between sales and marketing. The analytics we can draw between the two has helped us put more prospects into our pipeline.

They are great if you want to have a one-stop-shop for contact management, sales and prospect funnel, and combine this all with marketing campaigns. It is cloud hosted, which has benefits to the users, especially if you are a global organization where travel is frequent. You do need a strong support team that will help configure, manage, clean the content, and train the users.

SAP Sales Cloud is good to use for expert users but requires that IT department, OPS and Support understand the way in the SAP Sales Cloud manage data structure, technian information and cloud. You can use very easy if your department or company wants to acquire all the units of SAP, paying more that initially your company thinks and forcing to adopt other modules that you dont need wasting money and time.

I think SAP Sales Cloud is suitable for large or growing companies with weak/no CRM system. We first implemented it to uplift our growing sales operations, and it's done a fantastic job at that. It might not be 100% for you if you don't have the scale that requires an SAP tool, or if you already have one of the big CRM tools
