The only bussines problem that I face was in the house Allowance request because the system been setup to not allow new request until the agreement is done, however we need to request new house allowance before the initial was end.

We are currently in the process of implementing SuccessFactors at the Region. Since it is a cloud solution you always get the most up to date functionality due to upgrades.

  • In case of some regulatory reports, out of box reports does not suffice
  • Native integrations to other applications like ECP, WFS in certain cases need to be more robust
SuccessFactors will not be a right fit where heavy customizations are required to cater to business processes.

We faces problems on hiring process, Also we need a one simple process for all the countries where we have presence. SAP SuccessFactors was the solve for all our problems, now we have Colombia and late this year we will have United States. All ours process where redefinited and now are a almost perfects.

SAP SuccessFactors is the main system for the organization's data and employees' information, these are some of the solutions that we've been able to develop thanks to having SAP SuccessFactors as our core system: - Reporting - Standardizing data along the different systems we use in the bank - Identify opportunities for human talent management - Add as many modules and solutions as we need thanks to the wide variety of integration options like Qualtrics

The way SAP SuccessFactors is configured by modules, gives free will for the Bank to acquire the ones that fit its needs and leaves the option open to acquire new modules in the future. If you're using other SAP products, great to continue with SuccessFactors as your HCM for integrations/connections. However, some of the modules do feel like they are half-baked and have room for improvement from a user experience standpoint.

We are currently using EC and as a new addition to our HR processes recruiting and onboarding. We are in the process of stabilization now; the whole HR team is leveling up the learning curve now, as well as addressing multiple issues that come up due to the novelty of the system, finishing up adapting SuccessFactors to the company necessities and the company adapting to the system capabilities. The module that has brought up the most difficulties is onboarding. We have to keep working under our support consultants guidance for making it work correctly, this has been the most challenging module.

I think SAP SuccessFactors is well suited for launching global tasks as compensation bonuses, performance reviews, etc, and as a plus it is much more intuitive than other systems. Scenarios where is less appropriate, I cannot think of a specific scenario, but I can say as a comment that as downside to SuccessFactors I find many things that are not well designed or at least, not "just yet there", like, for instance, position management, I find a huge opportunity for improvement.

Have a scan feature that allows admin to track the usage of when specific fields are used within business rules would minimize duplication efforts, specifically when working with your AMS partner as there is an opportunity for turnover without knowledge transfer between consultants
  • A clearer understanding of RBP's as it relates to different needs when reporting, example - how layering RBP's can slow down dashboard loads with story reports.

A customizable platform that is utilized as a data entry and workflow system.

If recommended to a colleague, I would tell them the abilities of SAP and where it's a powerful tool, like with recruiting and HR data entry with customizable added fields to tailor to your admin needs. I would also mention some of the limitations where the program does not keep documents in the system forever.

We have a complex organization, with different entities, bargaining unit employees, and different operating environments. The learning module has been well utilized and we are in the process of building better consumption and integration with our other tools. Reaching employees without laptops and cell phones is our greatest challenge for driving learning.

Start with the introduction of my current company it is one of the best beverage companies in Pakistan. We have different offices and workforce across Pakistan and our company values our employees and wants to engage in their company mission. So we select the best product (SAP SuccessFactors for our valuable employees. We trust SAP SuccessFactors to address all self-service needs which we are looking. We are currently working on employee central, PMGM and recruiting. SAP SuccessFactors portal is the employee-centric platform where our company employees manage their leaves, personal data, benefits, and performance appraisal and also publish internal job postings through SAP SuccessFactors. So, through SAP SuccessFactors, employees just open the system and manage all self-service needs across Pakistan. At least, but not last. We also manage remote area workforce through our online SAP SuccessFactors system. So SAP SuccessFactors is on SAAS system. We ensure this safe and hassle-free system. Employee can take tier ebenefits and enroll in the new benefits policy according to their grades.

We at our company has different sales target in each region of Pakistan and our sales staff set the goals by the start of the fiscal year, and management also cascade their goals. So end of the year, we ensure the performance of each employee through SAP SuccessFactors.
